The mirror spirit felt like it was going to be bullied to death. It looked at Chi Jiao with teary eyes, silently accusing her.

“I just cooked something for you. Why don’t you go downstairs and eat first?” Quan Jue had planned to go back to his room to wait for Chi Jiao, but he realized that she must have not slept the entire night, so he cooked her favorite seafood noodle dish.
Chi Jiao didn’t realize how hungry she was. Her stomach gurgled the moment he mentioned food. So, she nodded immediately.
When they reached the dining room, Quan Jue brought the noodles over for Chi Jiao.
She picked up her chopsticks impatiently and put a fishball in her mouth.
