With that, she turned and left.
Quan Jue watched her leave coldly before standing up and walking out of the classroom.
Standing at the classroom door, Lin Ye saw Ruan Xiaoxiao walking out first. Soon after, Quan Jue emerged. “I have something to settle,” he said bluntly.

Chi Jiao and Xu Ye sat by the window.
The piping hot beef noodles were served, together with various small dishes that Xu Ye had ordered.
“I don’t know what you like to eat, so I ordered a bit of everything,” he said with a smile.
Chi Jiao looked at the dishes on the table and frowned. “There’s only the two of us. We won’t be able to finish all the food.”
She didn’t like to waste food.
“I’ll be more careful next time,” Xu Ye hurriedly said when he saw her frowning.
“Let’s start eating. We’ll talk as we eat,” Chi Jiao said.
Xu Ye eagerly picked up a pair of disposable chopsticks for her. After pulling them apart, he handed them to her.
Chi Jiao took it and thanked him indifferently.
“Jiaojiao, you don’t have to be so polite to me.” Xu Ye looked at her with a complicated gaze.
