"Stop staring, I was faking it, not really asleep." The drunk suddenly said with a laugh.
Qing Yi was so frightened his heart nearly stopped, and he hardly had time to react; he just stared dazedly as the drunk slowly opened his eyes.
Panic spread through Qing Yi’s heart, completely forgetting what to do to cover it up, and he just stared at him stupidly.
Seeing him , the drunk found it a bit funny, slightly lifted his head, and propped an arm under his own neck.
This movement brought them even closer together.
Their noses were almost touching.
After a while, seeing Qing Yi still not reacting, like a soul that had been scared out of his body, the drunk found it strange.
Suddenly, he puffed up his cheeks and blew a breath at Qing Yi, messing up the short hair on his forehead.
Qing Yi snapped back to reality, scrambled up from the drunk, sat on the edge of the bed, his palms sweating with nervousness, not daring to look at him again.
Fearing he would realize something.
He opened his mouth, and in a voice out of tune, said, "I knew... you were pretending to sleep."
The drunk also sat up, scooted next to Qing Yi, and with a mischievous smile, said, "Qing Yi brother, is your ear poisoned? It’s so red."
"What did you call me?" Qing Yi turned his head to glance at him, then immediately moved his gaze away in panic.

Qing Yi cut in, then stood up, and quickly left the bedroom.
His disordered footsteps made him feel embarrassed.
The drunk chuckled, followed by getting out of bed and coming out.
He looked around the tidily cleaned house, then towards Qing Yi, who was setting the table for him, and walked over to sit down at the table with a smile, picking up the chopsticks and starting to eat.
"You know, if I ever left you, would I not even be able to take care of myself?"
While eating a bite of the food, he continued, "It’s not as good as the noodles you make."
"Leave? Where are you going?" Qing Yi looked at the drunk who was eating.
"Then what are you worried about?"
"What, do you really want to take care of me for the rest of your life? Not going to get married? Going to live a lifetime with me, a grown man?" The drunk continued eating without lifting his head.
"What’s wrong with that?"
The drunk lifted his head to look at Qing Yi, blinked, and blurted out,
"Bro, you don’t have a thing for me, do you?"
"Yeah." Qing Yi didn’t even think before responding affirmatively.
The drunk paused for two seconds, then laughed out loud, complaining, "You’re not as funny as Bai Tang, you don’t have a humorous bone in your body."
"..." Qing Yi, watching the drunk return to his meal, lowered his eyes, feeling downcast.
No matter what he said or did, he might always think it was a joke.
After the meal, Qing Yi and the drunk set off for the hotel.
