Xia Ye slightly tilted his mouth up, a faint smile on his face, yet his voice was overly serious: “Yes, Dad, this is what I look like when I’m happy.”
Gu Qichen worried in his heart that his son was too good at hiding his emotions.
Just as good, if not better than himself.
His behavior was not like that of a four-year-old child at all.
It was as if he was an old soul in a child’s body.
They stayed at the nursing home late into the night and left after grandma fell asleep.

He couldn’t even bear to drive.
He let Xia Yangyang drive while he sat in the passenger seat, holding Xia Ye.

Xia Yangyang was speechless, Gu Qichen was acting like a fool.
