"What? You’re still pretending?"
The woman sneered disdainfully and took out her phone, scrolling through the photo album.
"Take a good look. Your works bear an uncanny resemblance to our designer Sunny’s designs!"
Yan Xinxin’s eyes widened in disbelief as she stared at the designs in the photos.
"Your so-called ’Angel’s Tears’ is indeed copied to look very similar to ’Angel’s Smile.’ But a counterfeit is still a counterfeit—it can’t capture the essence or spirit of the original. You have some nerve coming to Di Jue for an interview!"
The woman sneered again, rolled her eyes, and impatiently put away her phone before standing up.
"A thief who plagiarizes someone else’s work like you isn’t welcome at Di Jue. Your name will be blacklisted. Don’t even think about getting into any design department of another company! Leave now!"
Yan Xinxin quickly stood up to stop her.
"Can you let me take another look at those photos on your phone?"
"What did you say? Are you crazy? Leave already!"
"I’m not crazy; I just..."
"If you don’t leave now, I’ll call security!"
The woman issued the warning and turned away, visibly annoyed.
Yan Xinxin froze in place, feeling an indescribable bitterness like swallowing a mouthful of gall.

How could they possibly belong to this designer Sunny?
Yan Xinxin clenched her resume and sketches in her hands and hurried out of the reception room.
As she stepped out the door, Yan Zhirou’s beaming smile entered her view.
Wearing a chic black dress, holding a cup of coffee, and carrying a shopping bag in her hand, she looked utterly relaxed.
"Hi! Good morning, everyone! I brought coffee for all of you."
"Wow! Sunny, you’re so sweet!"
"Totally—beautiful, generous, and so talented!"
"Sunny, you should’ve joined us sooner!"
The coworkers lavished praise on Yan Zhirou.
Yan Xinxin immediately pieced it together, gripping the papers tightly in her hand—it turned out, she was Sunny!
"Thank you all, I’m really happy to be working with you. By the way, has Young Master Xiao arrived yet? I bought one for him as well..."
Yan Xinxin suddenly yelled out, freezing the bustling office in an instant. Everyone turned their heads to find Yan Xinxin storming in, her face burning with fury.
Yan Zhirou nearly dropped the coffee cup in her hand.

Startled and guilty, Yan Zhirou could only watch as Yan Xinxin marched straight toward her. Without hesitation, Yan Xinxin raised her hand in front of everyone.
The crisp sound of the slap stunned everyone in the room.
"Yan Zhirou, how could you do such a thing!? You’re absolutely shameless!"
Yan Xinxin berated her, trembling with rage.
"What the hell is going on? Why did you hit her?"
A male coworker immediately jumped in to defend Yan Zhirou.
"Exactly! Are you crazy? What gives you the right to hit her?"
Female coworkers glared angrily at Yan Xinxin and rushed to console Yan Zhirou, whose eyes were brimming with tears, looking as though she was about to cry.
"Sunny, are you okay?"
"I’m fine, thank you."
Yan Zhirou spoke softly, completely opposite to the arrogant attitude she had displayed earlier in front of Yan Xinxin. With misty eyes full of tears, she weakly replied.
"It’s alright. She’s my sister. She’s always had mental issues, and this isn’t the first time she’s hit me—I’m used to it."
