Faye Townsend looked at Darnley in surprise. The kid rarely praised anyone.
She was curious about when exactly Hunter Warren won him over without her knowing at all.
Miya glanced at Darnley, then turned to look at Hunter Warren, shaking her head, "Dad’s got more style, but Dudu’s dad is more handsome.
Otherwise, why can Dudu’s dad be a celebrity, but our dad can only be a boss?"
Hearing Miya say this, Faye felt like it was some little kid saying, ’Why is someone else’s dad a boss, and my dad a day laborer.’
She looked up at Hunter Warren and gave him an awkward smile.
Hunter Warren shot her a look, "See, see what kind of topic you brought up."
Faye shrugged and freed a hand to rub Miya’s head, "Miya, what’s so bad about dad being a boss."
"There’s nothing bad about it, just not as glamorous as Dudu’s dad.
One day when school let out, I saw Dudu’s dad come to pick her up.
Then there were lots and lots of ladies holding signs and shouting Dudu’s dad’s name beside his car.

Miya nodded, got off the table, and went off to pull Darnley’s hand to find Grandfather Rivers to wash their hands.
Faye asked Hunter Warren, "Why do the reporters want to interview you? I saw news today about Lucas Warren and Sebastian Sheldon; is it related to that?"
Hunter Warren laughed, "You’re like a mirror, knowing everything; just teased me about debuting."
Faye stuck out her tongue, "I was just trying to lighten the mood.
See, didn’t the kids have a lively chat because of my topic just now?
My dad always said that sometimes you have to play dumb.
Went off-topic again, what do the reporters want to interview you about?"
"They want to interview me about Lucas Warren’s situation.
I won’t meddle in Lucas Warren’s affairs or ask about them."
Faye nodded, "That’s good, but... will it affect the company?"
"It won’t. I won’t let their petty stuff affect my business.
I’ve already asked my secretary to inform that reporter.
Lucas Warren is not currently working at the company, so his actions are not tied to the Warren Group.
I’ve also had someone write a statement to publish.
Their marital quarrels don’t have much impact."
Hearing this, Faye was relieved.
But a couple of days later, the matter not only didn’t calm down but seemed to be getting worse.

Her pitiful story won her a lot of sympathy.
Those ’soft-hearted’ and ’justice warriors’ in front of their phone and computer screens rushed to help Sebastian Sheldon condemn Lucas Warren without distinguishing fact from fiction.
Faye almost laughed out loud at the lunchtime when she was browsing the trending topics on Weibo.
Not because the reports were funny, but because the comments were.
