"Okay," Benjamin nodded at Daisy Zenith: "Thank you for your hospitality, Daisy."
Daisy pressed her lips together, feeling embarrassed: "You’re welcome, goodbye."
Seeing Daisy’s shy and awkward demeanor, Jane suddenly thought.

After Benjamin left, Jane went back to her desk to pack her bag, inserted the new SIM card into her new phone, and then left with her parents.

Jane’s parents looked at each other, confused: "Jane, what’s going on?"
"Uncle and aunt, I am Jane’s ex-boyfriend."
"Xavier, is there any point in doing this?"
Xavier ignored Jane, continuing to Jane’s dad: "Uncle, since you’ve heard of me, you must know that Jane and I were very close before,
we were even planning to get married. I didn’t mean anything else by speaking up today,
only to tell you that Jane seems to have fallen into a trap, she’s being used."
Jane raised her hand and slapped Xavier: "Enough, you have no shame,
going behind my back with another woman, why do you have to say such things in front of my parents.
I’ve always ignored you not because I lacked the opportunity.
Xavier, don’t get it wrong, it’s not your place to meddle in my affairs.
