Hunter Warren struggled to open the slightly dented door on the right rear side and jumped into the car.
When she jumped into the front seat to support Faye Townsend, she realized that Faye was still conscious and breathing.
"Help me, I can’t... die right now," Faye’s voice was weak.
"Faye, don’t be afraid, I won’t let you die, rest assured, I will never let you die."
He pulled out his phone, dialing the emergency center in a panic.
In nearly thirty years of his life, it was the first time he knew what panic meant, what it meant to be at a loss.
This damned feeling made him always want to take the pain in her place.
Since he didn’t know if there was any bone injury, before the emergency personnel arrived, he didn’t dare to move her at all.
He regretted now, why he chose to study business management instead of medicine.
If he understood medicine, he wouldn’t have to let her suffer this pain.
He held her hand tightly: "Faye Townsend, listen to me, stay alert, don’t close your eyes.
It’s okay, you will absolutely be fine, trust me."
Faye’s eyes were a bit blurry, trust him? No, she would never trust him again, never again.
She didn’t know when she fell unconscious.
Only when the wailing of the ambulance entered her ears did she open her eyes and find herself in the ambulance.

Hunter Warren held her shoulders, trying to calm her down.
"Nonsense, I’m fine, so I don’t need any treatment. Stop, stop right now."
"Don’t be so stubborn."
Faye gritted her teeth: "Hunter Warren, I’m telling you for the last time, I’m not being stubborn.
And whether I live or die has nothing to do with you."
"Patient, you just had a car accident, though it doesn’t seem serious.
It’s still better to go to the hospital for a full check-up."
"I’ll go to the hospital if this gentleman gets off the car."
Hunter Warren helplessly looked at her determined eyes, eventually nodded: "Okay, I’ll get off."
He handed a bank card to the doctor: "The password is her birthday, all expenses will be covered from this, arrange the best treatment for her."
The ambulance dropped Hunter Warren off halfway.
Watching the ambulance go further and further away, Hunter Warren’s brows knitted tightly.
He remembered that summer when she went to play basketball with them and accidentally tripped, scraping off a large patch of skin on her leg.
She clearly looked in pain but just frowned and didn’t cry.
Everyone advised her to go to the hospital to treat the wound.
But she smiled brightly, acting spoiled in front of his many friends.
"Hunter, I don’t want to go to the hospital, just blow on it for me, if you blow on it I won’t hurt."
For some reason, at this moment, being kicked off the ambulance, his heart felt a bit sour.
He pulled out his phone and dialed a number: "Roman, Faye just had a car accident and is on her way to your hospital, please personally take a look at her later."
