Abyss City is the stronghold of purgatory creatures, offering advancement routes for both enchanting and desire demons, leading transcendent beings through these monster paths with uncommon qualities.
Almost as if sensing Shawn’s gaze, the enchanting demon walking ahead smiles and turns, her alluring face, fiery red lips, and eyes filled with seductive charm suggest intense affection for anyone she looks at. Her voice flows softly, "Guest. Please enter."
This room is infused with a faintly seductive incense, windows draped with pink veils, and furnishings crafted from black ebony. Abyss City isn’t the real world; materials here are scarce. The decor of this room indicates the store’s substantial strength since without sufficient wealth, there would be no energy to arrange such details.
Those who haven’t yet established a footing in Abyss City are still busily striving for a place to stand, unable to focus on such subtleties.
The previous stores were not as lavishly decorated as this one.
The enchanting demon before him sits with a radiant smile, her long yet sturdy legs crossed, inadvertently revealing a flash of fair skin. She speaks in a soft tone, "Veronica, I am the owner of this store."
"Is there anything the guest wishes to sell?"
Shawn takes a moment to observe his surroundings, fixes his gaze on the enchanting demon before him, and after a pause, reveals the fruits of his trial.
The enchantingly demon named Veronica momentarily narrows her pupils, her expression barely containing shock as she witnesses the wondrous objects and relics appearing out of thin air. Her gaze soon falls upon Shawn’s ring, seemingly associating it with something, and the captivating charm in her demeanor gradually fades, her expression taking on a somewhat respectful tone.
Dimensional Ring!
In Abyss City, although extraordinary wondrous objects are commonplace, not many people can afford a dimensional bag.
Casters are slightly more affluent, most possessing dimensional bags, yet very few own dimensional rings. Shawn hadn’t even revealed a dimensional bag but instead displayed an array of items, making the black ring on his hand immediately capture the enchanting demon’s attention.
"A man from the City Lord?"
Veronica’s eyes flicker, swiftly suppressing any adverse intentions, such as leveraging charming abilities to lower prices during negotiations, or even employing some enchanting demon’s innate tactics to extract all benefits from the man before her.
She is a smart woman, understanding whom she shouldn’t provoke or engage.
Shawn deliberately showcases the storage ring; this is Abyss City, Aemon’s territory. He selected the most powerful and well-backed curios shop to avoid trouble and subtly utilize their networks. As long as the other party recognizes the black ring in Shawn’s hand, or even just guesses its significance, they will know his identity is not ordinary.
Shawn plans to rely on borrowed power, being bound to Abyss City, he must leverage Aemon’s influence.
There is a trace of anticipation in the enchanting demon’s eyes, but upon seeing the items Shawn presents, her expression turns a bit disappointed.
These are all very ordinary curios and relics.
She had initially thought she’d encountered a significant deal, only to find they were mere trifles, not worthy of much interest.
Only until Shawn reveals the Eye Demon’s relic does the enchanting demon show a hint of interest.
Nevertheless, Shawn soon retrieves the Eye Demon’s relic, as he still requires it to probe the spells for the Demon Eye. He calmly says, "How much can these sell for?"

Veronica’s fingertips emit a faint glow, instantly identifying the origins of the curios, and can even deduce where Shawn has been.
"These curios aren’t very valuable."
She observes Shawn before her, contemplating inwardly, and explains, "Many residents of Abyss City are purgatory creatures, they don’t need to rely on the power of the Survival Talisman much."
"However, these few pieces of relics hold a bit of value, Ranger Hunter paths are relatively favored."
After finishing, she smiles, "Yet, the fact that you can produce so many curios in one go suggests your extraordinary prowess."

"I’ll offer you a price that will satisfy you."
These items hold little value to Veronica, merely regular curios merchandise, but the man before her is quite valuable.
She’s been aspiring to enter the Magic District; the commercial area no longer fulfills her ambitions.
Veronica hopes to expand her business, as only shops in the Magic District qualify to deal in sealed objects, high tier curios, and legendary wondrous objects. She’s always lacked crucial networks, and the man before her brings a glimmer of hope because he’s wearing the City Lord’s black ring.
This is an investment; she hopes for the chance to meet the legendary City Lord.
