While Ichigo was screaming in his mind for the uncompleted quests that he had with the exception of spending points... he can't use of them right now...
Even worse he can't eat the pills he won right now not until he became a Shinigami and through the System, he found out that he can awaken much faster than the original story with the condition of spending 15000 soul points and at minimum 3 years old...
All that led to his frustration which causes his crying outbreak and in turn caused his parents to worry and hasn't stop till now.....
