She closed her eyes to sense it, and to her surprise, she found that she truly seemed to have woven a massive "network" in the intangible realm.
Deep within her consciousness, the starlight symbolizing the believers had changed. Around the starlight, a network emerged, similar to a constellation, linking all the starlights and finally converging upon Charlotte at the core.
And at the very heart of the core was Charlotte’s own heart, or more precisely, the crystal of an ethereal inner flame within her heart, reminiscent of the divine position and Divine Fire in Western fantasy stories.
The network used the Divine Statue worshiped within the Sub-human Tribe as an anchor point, acting like the base station of mobile devices, and connected to many believers through the statue.
Charlotte found that through this network, she could easily extend her power to every "connected" Divine Statue, and from the statues, she could project her power onto each nearby believer with ease — just like mobile phone signals.
Of course, this was a crude metaphor.
In Charlotte’s perception, each believer was also a "base station," capable of receiving and transmitting her "signals," though varying in strength.
Even the weakest signals were much more efficient than Charlotte’s previous crude method of contacting the believers through the symbolic starlight and projecting her power.

A cacophony of prayers invaded her mind from all directions, causing Charlotte to exclaim "Ah, damn it!" and hastily readjust the Faith Network back to a partially activated state.

Each flicker of starlight signified someone praying to her.

The power moved into the crystalline structure of the internal golden flame, and fused with the Divine Power stored in the Ancient Hall’s Divine Statue, accumulating all inside like a reservoir of Divine Power.
At the same time, this reservoir was connected to Charlotte’s Faith Network.
Charlotte sensed for a moment and found that the reservoir’s accumulation of Divine Power was about the same as the previous total Divine Power of the Blood Holy Scripture and Ancient Divine Statue—roughly about 2000 points, enough for her True Ancestor Liberation to splurge for more than half an hour.
"So... could this illusory crystal truly be a divine position? And that flame, the Divine Fire?"
