Ronan stood at the entrance where the Clean Rune Formation was set up for a while, removing the mixed odors and dust from his body, walked to the French window, opened a small gap in the window, and then sat down at the desk.

For Wizards who specialize in Curse System Magic, these things are the best mediums for casting spells.

The incident finally resolved itself when Kosti personally stepped in, having those Level 3 Wizards, who took Ronan’s hair for research, all sign a soul contract.
Regarding soul contracts, Ronan had also signed one when he joined the Magic Rings, a soul contract not to betray, and after his promotion to the Sixth Ring, the form and content of the contract also upgraded.
A soul contract, in essence, can also be regarded as a form of "Curse," where it takes root in the soul in the form of runes. If one violates the terms of the contract, the runes shatter and rebound, and it is highly likely that one will end up worse off than Benny....

The power of this Magic Tool was decent, after all, it was a Second-tier Magic Tool. For an average Level 2 Wizard, it could almost be used as a trump card.
But what truly made this Magic Tool valuable to Ronan was the core Ice Rune named [Frost Burning] within it.
This was a rare Ice Rune that could be used as a Soul Seal, and through the amplification of the rune, the chill of the Ice Magic released by the Wizard would be greatly enhanced and undergo some kind of wonderful "catalytic" reaction, forming an effect similar to Ice Frost "burning."
Just in terms of Grade, the [Frost Burning] rune is much stronger than [Frozen Soil], and Kosti probably gifted him this Magic Bracelet with this in mind.
Giving him an additional option when he is promoted to a Second-level Wizard and is considering upgrading his existing Soul Seal or refining a new Soul Seal.
Although so far, Ronan has no intention of replacing his [Frozen Soil] Seal.
But when he can refine his fourth Soul Seal, this rune might just come in handy.
