Ronan controlled his descent, slowly falling from midair.
He stood outside the crowd known as the Fred Family, keeping a certain distance--not too close, but not too far either.
Wizards from the Fred Family occasionally cast curious and puzzled glances his way, but no one approached him for a greeting.
Ronan thought he would have to wait in boredom for a long time, but unexpectedly, not much later, a tremendous rumble came from the direction where Soraya had disappeared.
Ronan quickly took off into the air, his figure drifting upwards.
A huge white tide of waves spread from the distance towards Ronan’s direction, at a deceptively fast pace. It was the rolling waves of the forest, accompanied by the rapidly collapsing snow from the shaking trees of the woods.
Ronan saw rays of light piercing the sky from afar, several massive rune traces flashed across the sky, followed by the brilliant light of Third Rank Magic.
Even from such a distance, he could still feel the rolling pressure emanating from that area, along with the swirling flow of Energy Particles.
Suddenly, a deep and distant roar spread through the air, reminiscent of both a python’s hiss and the growls of some fierce beasts.
The sound carried a certain ancient and indescribable majesty, a sensation Ronan had never experienced in the voices of other Magic Beasts, stirring a sense of unease in his heart...
"Ancient Ice Crystal Demon Snake Bloodline... Cold-Scale Python!"
Ronan’s eyes glimmered with a peculiar radiance as he stared in the direction of the sound. Soon, he glimpsed the outline of an enormous serpent-like creature amidst the flickering lights and billowing dust.
He could vaguely make out a series of deep blue, ice-crystal-like scales covering the creature’s neck below the head, and it seemed there was a small bulge on top of the serpent’s head...
Before Ronan could take a closer look...
Two more roars echoed, much weaker than the first, but the dignity in their voices was undeniably similar.
Ronan’s figure quivered, his gaze shaking uncontrollably.
He couldn’t help but worry about Soraya’s safety.
"Incredible, the Kaqin Family actually has a Level 3 Wizard, and an Intermediate Level 3 at that!"
Amid the Fred Family crowd, surrounded by family wizards, a few young men and women in the center looked towards the battlefield with a commotion in the distance, their mouths uttering sounds of surprise and admiration. From time to time, they cast curious and interested glances towards a lonely young man with white hair standing not too far away.

A silver-haired young man with a slightly chubby face and a couple of freckles on his nose said lightly with narrowed eyes.
