"Useful." Liu Zhenhan shook his head and chuckled bitterly. "No man would refuse such a gladiatorial match. I wouldn’t be able to reject it, especially after our Archers’ excellent performance."
To Daisy’s disbelief, bands of Beamon soldiers rushed down the stairs. Brave Wolf Cavaliers sat atop their steeds, the prairie wolves, and formed their ranks on the Red Earth Square. Leading them was Rovi, with fifty trained wolves squatting by his side, their red tongues hanging out. Even the Magic Teacher took the Magical Beasts into his badge, and "dong dong dong," they marched off from the paths.
"So, can you refuse? Without guessing, I can tell the humans want to eliminate you... Ah... No, they want to eliminate the Fire Crane, not you..." Ruona stared at Liu Zhenhan.
"I wish I could refuse" said Liu Zhenhan with a chuckle.
"Why refuse? I look forward to competing with their Mage, especially that Magic Teacher." Avril announced confidently.
"Idiot," Ruona and Daisy blurted simultaneously.
"You are not Beamon, and you won’t understand our pride. Without this pride, Beamon would no longer be Beamon." Liu Zhenhan smirked mysteriously, showing no intention to recall the Wolf Cavaliers.
Gortani nodded repeatedly at his side.

"Any one of the battling forces will do! We, human warriors, are always victorious! We proved this in the Battle of Heigar, and we will prove it again today! And I hope the final match will be the grand battle between the Dragon Knight Lampard and you, Overlord!" Captain Gatuso flashed a knowing smile. He knew telling tales of Beamon’s valor would stir their bravery: "One thousand years ago in the Battle of Heigar, our Dragon Mage, Kochis, held back ten Dragon Knights single-handedly, and instantly killed five human Dragon Knights! Lord Overlord, surely your bravery is not less than one-tenth of Mage Kochis?"
"Instantly killed five Dragon Knights?" Liu Zhenhan was taken aback: "In the Battle of Heigar, didn’t our Dragon Mage Kochis only kill three human Dragon Knights? How did it become five?"
"In the heated battle against Mage Kochis, besides the three Dragon Knights who died immediately, two more human Dragon Knights were critically injured. After the Battle of Heigar, their injuries worsened and led to their death." Captain Gatuso declared loudly: "Does Overlord have the courage of Mage Kochis?"

"Hehe, I accept." Liu wanted to show the chivalry of a knight, to toss a glove to the ground as a challenge, but he didn’t have one. So, instead, he tore off the bloody bandage from his arm and threw it down the Red Earth Highland.
Liu’s arm injury had healed, but none, including Liu Zhenhan himself, noticed it. Everyone’s attention was on the humans.
"Watch the movements of these humans, set the battlefield near the Red Earth Highland." Daisy reminded Liu Zhenhan: "Later, we will go all out. If we can’t hold on, we will return to the first floor. Currently, they are not capable of attacking us."
Liu Zhenhan nodded and jumped down from the fourth level corridor of the platform. He continued jumping down from one level to another until he reached the outside of the cave. Finally, he landed on the Red Earth Square, performing a skillful roll and standing upright.
There is at least a ten-blade gap between each tier of the cave in the Red Earth Highland, but his movements were precise and smooth, showing no signs of clumsiness.
His flashy entrance again brought cheer from the Beamon crowd.
On the top of the platform, Gortani was the one cheering the loudest. Daisy and Ruona gave her a chilling stare. Immediately, the Swan Knight froze, and two blushes flew upon her pretty face.
Ruona and Daisy then clung together, jumping and screaming: "SO COOL!"
Yi(the dog) and Avril stood aside, sweating profusely.
Liu Zhenhan was also wiping off cold sweat.
Originally, he intended to leap into the air, have Yi(the dog) catch him mid-jump and then land gracefully. Unfortunately, Yi wasn’t as responsive as GuoGuo(the parrot), and just watched him jump off stupidly. As a result, while leaping to the fourth level, he slipped on the slippery ice crystal and ended up having to jump all the way down to the ground.
O’Neal, carrying a bamboo loudspeaker, ran up to Liu Zhenhan.
"Evil humans! How do you want to play?" Liu Zhenhan shouted into the loudspeaker. Suddenly feeling a sting in his mouth, he pulled the loudspeaker away and saw its base had been cut off.
"The first round, we’ll try out our Cavalry!" Captain Gatuso replied with a smile.
The two combat forces were at least fifteen hundred yards apart. Captain Gatuso could clearly view the Beamon army from the middle of the stair passage where there were no red earth shoots to block his view.
The sight of Beamon’s forces chilled his heart.
"No problem." Liu Zhenhan gave a whistle.
Without instruction, the Wolf Cavaliers had already rushed onto the open field on the left of the Red Earth Highland. Unlike the rumbling hooves of the humans’ cavalry charge, the Wolf Cavaliers mulled silently due to the thick flesh pads on the prairie wolves’ paws.
