Apart from the "Flame Emblem" and Crystal Wand, Master Otigha also possessed two "Hearts of Blood Feather" and ten high-grade Magic Crystals made into "Soul Ignition Necklaces." These combined mana storage and mana recovery into one, truly turning him into a rampantly extravagant magic user.
In terms of level, Otigha was still a senior mage, but the High-Level Magic he unleashed, enhanced by the Flame Emperor and Six-winged Flame Demon’s top-grade Fire Elemental Magic Crystals, could easily pass for a Fire Magician.
