"I don't have time to entertain some low-class ants like Ron Lee. You think too much, Mo Han. I genuinely came here to accept you as my servant. Whether you believe it or not, I have no links with Ron Lee," Jia Kai explained with a serious look.
"Nothing comes free in this world. So what's your reason for taking me as your servant?" Mo Han asked again, not trusting the beautiful lady before him.
Jia Kai was silent for a second as she didn't know how to explain her motive behind taking Mo Han as a servant. She definitely couldn't reveal that she came here to match-make Mo Han with her sister for a dual cultivation session. But Mo Han was not at all seeing her as a benefactor.
The silent stares continued as Lambu and Mo Han examined the lady before them more as a threat than as help.
"I do have a motive. But it won't harm you or make you lose anything. It's not appropriate for me to say it now. But I can guarantee that you will also benefit from this. For now, I can only tell you that I came here with good intentions, and I have nothing to do with Ron Lee. More than anything, I'm not afraid of Ron Lee," Jia Kai explained in a sincere tone.

Mo Han finally showed a ghost of a smile, as he really liked her attitude.
Without delay, Jia Kai turned and walked forward, and the two followed her. The group moved safely to the administration hall where an elder registers servant allocations.
Jia Kai presented her disciple jade token and said, "These two outer court disciples are to be registered as servants under my name. I take full responsibility."
Mo Han and Fatty Lambu immediately placed their disciple tokens on the table.
The elder took the old tokens and gave them new blue-colored tokens.
From this day onward, Mo Han and Fatty Lambu were the official servants of Jia Kai.

"Yes, Young Master. The news is real. I even saw their names at the administration hall. That lady Jia Kai really took Mo Han and Fatty Lambu as her servants," the servant said as he stumbled in with a pale face.
The wine flask shattered in Ron Lee's hand.
"Young Master, I speak only the truth. The lady who lives under the 3rd Aura Tree house accepted Mo Han as her servant," the servant said with trembling hands.
"JIA KAI?! You dare interfere in my matters?! I will make sure you regret this!" Ron Lee's voice thundered, his face contorted in disbelief and rising fury.
Everything had been going according to his plan. He made the library elder punish Mo Han and manipulated the bald elder to assign him dirty work. He planned everything perfectly so that Mo Han would rot scrubbing filthy floors and eventually give up and come begging.
But Jia Kai… had swept in like a celestial fairy and broke his plan in one motion.
He stood up with a violent motion, kicking the jade table into shreds.
