At 3:20 PM, Zhou Yun was ready to go downstairs.
Li Yuning and the others had received the news earlier and were waiting for her outside the door.
Zhou Yun didn’t bring any sportswear and went out in the clothes she wore to the supermarket in the morning.
Just as she arrived in the hotel lobby, she received a message from Yin Zhou: I’m waiting for you in the lobby downstairs.
Zhou Yun looked up and saw Yin Zhou.
Yin Zhou was in standard sportswear, wearing a baseball cap, looking youthful and brisk as he walked.
"You’re quick." Yin Zhou smiled, and upon seeing Li Yuning behind Zhou Yun, he asked, "Are they going too?"
Zhou Yun asked, "Do you mind? If you do, I can talk to them."

Zhou Yun replied, "Thanks."

Zhou Yun and Yin Zhou sat in the back, the cameraman took the passenger seat and turned around to film them.

"Do you not play at all?" Zhou Yun asked.

Yin Zhou, with his long arms and legs and a well-proportioned muscular body, obviously seemed active.
"I used to play basketball with my classmates in school but played less after graduating, mainly going to the gym."
"Haha," Zhou Yun said. "Do all male celebrities frequently go to the gym?"
"Don’t you go?" Yin Zhou asked.
"Not that I don’t, but I’d rather eat less than exercise more," Zhou Yun admitted truthfully.
"Working out is still beneficial for your health."
Zhou Yun asked, "Then do you sleep early?"
Yin Zhou: "Uh, usually past midnight."
"Sleeping early is also good for your health," Zhou Yun said.
Yin Zhou: "Hahahaha."
He then understood why Zhou Yun asked if he slept early.
Zhou Yun clutched a promotional toy on her lap, "Sorry, couldn’t help but clap back."
When they arrived at the sports center, the two got out of the car and went inside. Yin Zhou called the coach he had arranged beforehand, and soon, the coach appeared and led them to a badminton court.
The coach was patient, first correcting their serving positions, then letting them start playing a game.
Naturally, their play was full of mistakes, lacking in simple tactics, and they struggled even to receive and serve properly.
The coach mainly corrected their posture, pinpointing Zhou Yun’s issue: lack of strength, her hits were weak and the shuttlecock floated softly.
After two hours, Zhou Yun was drenched in sweat.
Yin Zhou brought over two beverages, handing one to her.
Yin Zhou sat down next to Zhou Yun.
"It’s been a long time since I sweat this heartily."
Zhou Yun alarmed: "Heartily?"
Yin Zhou laughed again.
"Do you girls particularly dislike sweating?"
"No, no, no, it’s just that I don’t like exercise, don’t like sweating," Zhou Yun said. "I feel like I will definitely sleep early today, I even suspect I’ll wake up tomorrow with sour arms."
Yin Zhou said, "How about going for a massage later?"
Zhou Yun was tempted. But she had just played a game with Yin Zhou, and going for a massage together might make the viewers think there’s something going on between them when the show airs. She shook her head, thinking she was overreacting, but indeed, she and Yin Zhou had just met recently; it was probably best to keep some distance.

After Zhou Yun returned to the hotel, her first thing was to take a shower.
