Gu Huaichun nodded and agreed.
There was a problem during the test shoot.
The first time, Zhou Yun ran too fast, and when she reached the corner, Gu Huaichun had not yet reached it.
The second time, Zhou Yun ran a bit slower, and it looked like slow motion on camera.
This wasn’t a problem with the actors.
One was running, the other walking, naturally their speeds would differ.

Zhou Yun ran to the corner, turned right, and collided right into the approaching Gu Huaichun.
She lost her balance and stepped back.
"Cut!" Lu Yuan shouted.
Gu Huaichun immediately covered his chest with his hand, glaring at Zhou Yun with a menacing look, "Did you do that on purpose? That was a hard hit, wasn’t it?"
Zhou Yun’s own head also hurt a bit from the collision, she had hit a button on Gu Huaichun’s clothes which had jabbed right in.
Gu Huaichun was picking a fight, but Zhou Yun couldn’t be bothered with him, and turned towards the other side.
After reviewing the playback, Lu Yuan nodded and said, "Ok, that’s a pass, onto the next scene."
That’s a pass? Zhou Yun was somewhat shocked.
Before Zhou Yun could react, Lu Yuan called them over to discuss the next scene.
"Next, start filming directly from Xiao Yun bumping into Gu Huaichun and reeling backwards, don’t lean back stiffly, you want to capture that shaky, unsteady feeling. Xiao Gu, remember to swiftly wrap your arms around Zhou Yun’s waist, got it?"
Gu Huaichun’s face looked slightly displeased, his mouth twitched, but he still nodded his head and agreed.

This was the director’s requirement, because the shot was meant to start at the instant right after their collision.

Suddenly, a sneer was heard.

Gu Huaichun immediately followed by wrapping his arms around Zhou Yun’s waist.

"Cut!" Lu Yuan shouted again, "Both of you rest in place for a bit."
Someone came forward to lay the tracks.
"Xiao Gu, slightly furrow your brow next time. Xiao Yun, maintain a look of surprise and bewilderment throughout, and add a touch of shyness."
After finishing, Lu Yuan waited for the tracks to be laid, then picked up the walkie-talkie and said, "All departments, get ready!"
Gu Huaichun looked at Zhou Yun with an expressionless face: "Bend down."
Zhou Yun then realized that they were to continue with the previous scene.
She said, "You hold me first."
Gu Huaichun: "Taking advantage of me?"
"Who’s taking advantage of whom?" Zhou Yun retorted angrily.
"What are you two doing?" Lu Yuan noticed that the two in the camera were actually talking and became somewhat irritated.

Zhou Yun slowly bent down, allowing herself to gradually lose balance, raising one foot.

The crew had already begun laying tracks for the next scene.
