"Did you think of any name?"
Mo Roulan asked He Jian suddenly.
She had a cheerful smile on her lips.
He Jian was happy to see her like that. She was moody these days. Sometimes she would start to cry without any reason and sometimes would argue with him unreasonably.
His mother told him that it was because of pregnancy hormones so he would always try to be as accommodating as possible.
He actually liked taking care of her.
He even read so many books to know how to take care of a pregnant woman.
"No...have you?"
He answered her question gently as he pulled her aside slightly seeing a crowd of people walking towards them.
Mo Roulan had actually thought of a name. It was from her past life but she didn’t know if they should keep that name or not.
As she was thinking this, a hand suddenly pushed her from behind.
They were walking past a huge crowd so He Jian was paying attention but the sudden push still left him unable to hold Mo Roulan properly.
"Lanlan!"
He threw away the file as he tried to hold her waist before she could fall but everything happened so fast that He Jian didn’t even realize.
Mo Roulan’s eyes were wide with shock when she saw the ground in front of her eyes.
Just as she thought that she was going to lose her child again, a hand suddenly held her waist.
The hall was filled with ear-deafening silence.
The people had stopped walking and were looking at this scene only.
"Are you alright?"
Mo Roulan heard a voice above her head and raised her head to thank whosoever it was.
But when she saw the familiar face, her eyes went cold and indifferent.
She pushed the man away as she was burned by his touch.
"Lanlan!"
He Jian held his wife and hugged her tightly.
His eyes were filled with fear as she wondered what would have happened if...
He turned his head slightly and looked at the man who saved his wife as well as his child.
It was none other than Shi Fengju.
Shi Fengju however was looking at somewhere else completely.
"You! Stop there!"
He shouted and He Jian followed his gaze only to find a figure standing a few steps away in the dress of a nurse and wearing a surgical mask on her face.
His eyes went cold when he saw the fear flashing in the nurse’s eyes.
It didn’t take him a minute to understand that the push had been intentional.
Mo Roulan had also looked at the nurse before she ran away and Shi Fengju also ran behind her.
One look and her body went completely cold.
When He Jian cupped her face and said
"Are you alright?"
She merely nodded her head.
Her face was blank as well as her eyes.
After ensuring that she was fine, He Jian pulled out his phone and called the driver.
"A nurse will come running out of the hospital. Catch her."
The driver was the one assigned to Mo Roulan and she knew how to fight so catching the nurse should be an easy task for her.
After making the call, He Jian looked at Mo Roulan again. Seeing her still so shocked, he touched her hand.
He Jian was worried when he realized that they were very cold.
"Lanlan!"
He made her look at him and said firmly
"Don’t worry, I will find whoever it was."
However, Mo Roulan smiled coldly but her eyes were still blank when she heard the words. There were unshed tears in her eyes as she said
"You don’t need to. I know who it was."
He Jian frowned and she continued
"Who could it be none other than Shen Yiling! She did it once ...so of course she would do this again as well."

Half an hour later, they were inside the car.
There was nothing but silence inside the car.
He Jian’s body was emitting coldness. Though his hand was holding Mo Roulan’s hand, both of them were looking out of the window silently.
The driver had called him when they were in the hospital only.
Shi Fengju had caught the woman and it was indeed Shen Yiling.
He Jian didn’t know what to think.
He was actually ashamed of himself.
His eyes went to Mo Roulan. She has not said even a single word since then.
It actually scared him.
Will she leave him again?
That’s why he also didn’t dare to speak.
He was scared that the second they would start to speak, she will say that she wants to leave.
There was no doubt why Shen Yiling did this.
But it was his fault that he left Shen Yiling capable of doing this.
He should have destroyed Shen family completely but he stopped because his father stopped him and was told to do so by his grandfather.
He Jian knew the reason behind his grandfather’s hesitancy.
His great-grandfather was helped by Shen Family Leder once when He family had faced a huge loss in the company.
If that help was not provided back then they might have gone bankrupt.
Since then Shen family and He family had always very good relations.
His grandfather wanted to let it stay like that because his father taught him to do so.
But he was done now.
When he imagined what could have happened if Shi Fengju had not been there, his blood ran cold.
He had read books that had said how crucial the health of a pregnant woman was.
Shen Yiling just signed the fate full of miseries by trying to harm Mo Roulan again... and because of her Shen family as well.

The car reached He Mansion.
He Jian didn’t know if he should be relieved that Mo Roulan allowed to touch her or not because she looked completely emotionless.
He held her hand and dropped her to their room.
Before leaving the mansion, he only asked his mother to stay beside Mo Roulan and not leave her alone even for a moment.
A few peaceful days that he had granted Shen Family would end today.
