The 2nd point of the Effects and the 1st point of the Warning dictated precisely that whatever this Imagined Lord Voldemort did, or would do, had nothing to do with Kai Stormborn at all.
So then how the Imagined Voldemort's act of attacking Dumbledore could ever be the cause of attracting Timeline Backlash?
If there was a downside of using this Skill then it was the huge Mana Consumption.
Even Kai would have felt strained upon losing such a grand amount of MP instantaneously which amounted to nearly half of his Mana reserves. Much less needed to be said about Black.
However, presently, Black's Correspondence was no less than that of Kai's, despite his Stats being 10% lower than the latter.
There was a reason Black had boarded the train in Hogwarts Uniform.
As Black saw the situation in the sky getting evened out, and sensed the Basilisk and the undead magical creatures pressing in on the students, he finally straightened himself up, feeling the sheer amount of Mana coursing through him.

Hogwarts Uniform alone buffed Black's Correspondence by a whopping 18 Attribute Points, along with the sheer Damage Resistances like a cherry on top of the cake.
Despite losing 10% of Correspondence as per his constraint, at this moment, Black's Correspondence stood even higher than Kai's.
The ridiculous thing was, Black had no Pointed Hat on him.
Nor was he wearing the Dragon-hide Gloves and the Winter Cloak.
To not stand out too much, Black had hidden these three Items within him, layering them under his skin using Biokinesis. It was equivalent to him equipping the Items, granting him all the Buffs.
Suddenly, Lilith, the Lethifold, rippled its way to Black and layered itself to the insides of his black robe.
As Soul Points began falling into his Blood Essence, Black eyed the two-way magical duels between Ekrizdis and Grindelwald and Voldemort and Dumbledore and frowned heavily, ignoring the screams full of panic behind him.
"What's happening?!" Ron exclaimed, failing to take his eyes off the closing, blind Basilisk.
But more than the Basilisk, they all feared the Dementors and the possibility of one of those cold wraiths swooping toward them.
The despair in the surroundings had become as thick as humidity just after rain.
They could taste this hopelessness, their faces paling at the sight.
Not to mention, not everyone knew about the Dementors. One could make peace with a giant serpent and dragon and magical creatures trying to kill them. But what to do with these ghosts like beings who were causing the most damage, going in and out among the panicking students?
Harry was faring much better, already holding his wand in his right hand. He didn't know any spell, but from what he had seen, it was more a matter of courage and less of casting magic.
He looked at Black and saw his frown.
But even that frown couldn't hide the stupendous Calm lingering on Arlen's face.
As the trio stood close, surrounded by what could be nothing but a dire situation, bordering sure death, Harry couldn't help but have an impression that he could depend on Arlen.
Suddenly, Black looked over his shoulder, pulling his sleeves down, and smiled at Harry.
"What are you two smiling for?!" Ron asked, stunned.
Black looked away from the Character enjoying the Prime Providence and hid his frown under the smile.
Things were becoming... too ridiculous for him now.
