Ten years after the Apocalypse System arrived, humanity discovered the Gates, portals to dying worlds, were not for conquest but for training. Earth's own apocalypse was the final test, a disaster that decimated the planet in days. Cipher, the sole survivor in the wasteland ten years later, owes his life to an unexplained Glitch Class. His solitary existence ends when a meteor, a dying god's remnant, crashes into him. It offers a chance to return to the past and avert Earth's doom, but at the cost of all memories and abilities. As despair looms, his Glitch Class intervenes, corrupting the god's power. Instead of losing everything, Cipher regresses with his future memories and Glitch Class intact. He awakens in the past on his original awakening day. The system glitches again, and he awakens his Glitch Class for the first time. The two powers merge, creating the Cheat Class. Possessing future knowledge and a class capable of acquiring any skill or exploit, Cipher intends to conquer all apocalyptic worlds, amass immense power, and confront the Final Apocalypse. This time, he will alter the outcome.
