Viscount Li Zijue was clearly embarrassed, forcing himself to remain calm as he picked up his handkerchief and wiped the corner of his mouth before reminding her, "You kissed me."
"What?" Tong Mo looked at him, completely puzzled.
When had she ever kissed him? How did she not know about it?
"Just now, you kissed me!" Li Zijue raised his voice.
Finally catching on, Tong Mo quickly shook her head like a rattle, "Hey, hey, hey, don’t get me wrong, that wasn’t a kiss, I was just helping you get the piece of spicy meat out of your mouth!"
She was saving him, how could that be considered a kiss?
"So what?" Li Zijue was utterly unconcerned, continuing to repeat, "You still kissed me."
Tong Mo didn’t expect him to be so shameless, and now she was completely speechless.
Is it even possible not to be speechless when arguing with a shameless person?
"What do you want, then?" Tong Mo was so angry that steam could have been coming out of her head. Had she known he was this heartless and ungrateful, she wouldn’t have helped him at all earlier, and just let him suffer and choke on the spiciness.
Now, to make matters worse, she was being scammed by him!
Li Zijue immediately responded, but instead of an answer, he raised his hand to encircle the girl’s waist, drawing his mature and handsome face close to hers.
Tong Mo, looking at the man so close to her face, suddenly swallowed nervously, "Hey, what do you think you’re doing?"
"I want to kiss back..."
Li Zijue said slowly.
In the midst of speaking, he also discreetly slipped something into the girl’s pocket.
Tong Mo was already stunned by his words and didn’t notice his actions. Now seeing that he really intended to kiss her, her face instantly flushed red, "Perverted uncle! You’re a rogue!"

"How did a red envelope end up in my pocket?"
No one had given her a red envelope this year, after all.
Just as Tong Mo was wondering about it, a sudden realization flashed through her mind, and the man’s handsome face appeared before her eyes.
"Could it be that stinky uncle’s New Year’s gift money?"
Thinking so, she felt a sudden warmth in her heart.
Her own father hadn’t thought to give her a red envelope for New Year’s, but this stranger had given her such a generous gift.
Tong Mo suddenly felt guilty about kicking him earlier. They say that’s a very vulnerable area, and she wondered if he was alright.
Tong Mo thought about calling to ask after him but realized, while taking out her phone, that she didn’t even know his name, let alone have his number.
"Forget it, if it’s meant to be, I will thank him next time we meet. If not, then so be it," Tong Mo muttered to herself before climbing into bed to sleep.
The red envelope was clutched tightly in her embrace, as if she was afraid it would grow legs and run away.
