“I don’t want to drink water!” Mengmeng shook her head and then looked steadfastly at his cheek, “And who says there is no candy at home, there clearly is!”
Seeing her sincere expression, Gu Zhihan couldn’t help but ask, “Where?”
How could he not know?
After exclaiming loudly, Mengmeng promptly tiptoed and planted a kiss on his lips.
“You are the candy, no, you are even sweeter than candy!”
After the kiss, the little girl critiqued generously.
“You!!!” Gu Zhihan’s face turned red and then darkened, his ink-colored eyes glaring at the little girl in front of him, struggling for a while before he could muster a few words, “Fine, considering you’re sick, I won’t take it to heart this time!”
With that, he pushed the little girl in front of him aside and walked briskly into the kitchen to cook.
“Husband, if you really do want to make an issue of it, then go ahead, don’t hold it in, I’ll just let you kiss me back!” Mengmeng quickly said from behind him.
Gu Zhihan almost stumbled.
But don’t think that Mengmeng is all spirited because she took the fever reducer; by nighttime, her fever flared up again, her little face as red as a monkey’s bottom.

Although this was a decrease from before, it was still above the normal body temperature.
