The people behind the man dispatched a large number of individuals to Jingli Mountain to search for Lin Beichen’s whereabouts.
These two were among those dispatched.
They saw Lin Beichen’s back halfway up the mountain and thought he looked like the target, but since they only saw his back, they were unsure. So, they came up with the idea to ask Lin Beichen to take a photo for them to get close to him.

The woman put away her phone.
She was notifying all those dispatched to search for Lin Beichen about his approximate location, instructing them to converge at the coordinates.
Whether it was her, the man beside her, or the others dispatched...
