Perhaps it was the coincidence of sharing a three-character name that brought Yao Jie and Fang Yongxing the fate of becoming friends. It was said that when Yao Jie first joined Changda, as a woman in the workplace, she was at a disadvantage compared to her male counterparts and inevitably faced discrimination.
