After Pablo shared his plan, he sent everyone out of the room.
Flashy just like usual said : "But this is my room!"
Then Sera gave him a glare and Flashy remembered it was Sera’s room.
People laughed and finally left the room.
Pablo had also asked Draxus about Ted. He followed Ted for five minutes after all.
In answer, Draxus told Pablo that he saw nothing significant as Ted quietly went back to his room.
Anyway, now only Pablo and Sera were left alone in the room.
"Shall we begin?" Sera asked.
"No. Leave my hand. I have to think about something. Don’t disturb me."
Pablo refused her idea and removed Sera’s hand from his arm.
Then he lied on the bed.
He closed his eyes, ignoring Sera.
But there was one fear in his mind.
’I hope she doesn’t open my pants and start doing something.’
Sera was still beside his legs and he couldn’t get this fear out of his head.
He opened his eyes and saw Sera looking at him as well.
"Don’t sit there. I don’t believe you. Either go to the floor or get out."
"I know where I have to stay." Sera replied and lied beside Pablo.
She rested her head on her left arm and turned her face towards Pablo.
She wrapped her hand around Pablo and snuggled her face in his chest.
"Aren’t you getting too comfortable with me?"
"Kill me if you don’t want it."
’I don’t want it but I can’t kill you.’
"I don’t want to kill you, that’s why I am telling you to stay away."
"You are annoying as fuck."
"I am sorry for that."
"I know. You don’t love me and I am being very brave about it."
"So you won’t go away?"
"I will be going to the kingdom of the Cannibals after killing Ted. What will you do then?"
"I will go with you of course."
"They will eat you alive."
"Andre will protect me."
"Andre will protect you, not me. Then why do you love me?"
"You did come to save me from that tunnel."
"Because that was my fault. You got lost because of me. That’s why I came to get you."
"Then I will keep getting lost because of your fault. Then you will come to save me."
"Don’t count on that. I only care for myself. I am even ready to forsake Draxus for myself."
"I am ready to forsake myself for you."
He never could have expected to receive such love.
In the end, he could only shake his head.
"You are a lost cause."
Pablo let Sera be as she was and ran simulations inside his head for his plan.
Just like that, after a few hours, night arrived.
A shadow slipped from under the door of the room.
It assimilated with Pablo’s shadow.
"Czar. Are you ready?"
Pablo was awake. Sleep didn’t come to him this time.
Though, Sera was asleep beside him.
Pablo stared at her face and after thinking for a while, he held her hand.
He used his Ego on Sera after a long time.
He copied her Ego and Sera groaned in her sleep.
She didn’t wake up as she was in deep slumber.
After that, Pablo let go of her hand and told Draxus to take him inside the shadow.
The room was empty now and Draxus’ shadow left the room.
"To the decided place, czar?" Draxus asked.
"Yes. Flashy must be ready to do his work now as well." Pablo replied.
Draxus nodded and moved his shadow towards a place which was related to Pablo’s plan.
Inside Flashy’s room.
He was sitting on his bed with a Receiver on his hand.
It was not his Receiver though. It was the Receiver of the son of the second Marshal. The son named John.
With a deep breath, Flashy dialed the number of Luther and just after one ring, it was picked up.
"Where are you, son? I know these are hard times, but come to me. There is no need to harass that Marshal now. You have done enough. Come to my squad."
Luther’s tone was solemn. There was no spark in it. He just wanted his son to come to him.
Listening to that, Flashy found a lump on his throat. Such words would resonate with him as he wanted to hear such words from his own father.
He would have told Luther the truth just out of pity but his loyalty for Pablo reigned supreme. He would follow Pablo’s orders.
"Dad, I want to tell you something important." Flashy said, his voice filled with seriousness.
Luther also sensed it. "What is it? Is everything alright?"
"No, dad. After I ran away seeing the dead body of my mom, I decided to do some investigation. I did that all day."
"My mother was not the real killer."
On the other end, there was silence.
Luther stopped talking entirely, only his shallow breaths were heard.
"Yes. Yes. I was just.. What are you talking about? Tell everything to me. What did you find out? Wait... is the real killer your Marshal?"
"That’s the most disturbing part, dad."
"The Tenth Marshal is dead."
"Whatt?!" Luther yelled.
Flashy had to move the Receiver far from his ear.
"How is this possible? How can he die?" Luther asked.
Flashy answered, "The real killer killed him."
"Then this killer is also the one who killed my wife, your mother? And if your mother isn’t the real killer then what was she doing naked with those two soldiers?"
"I would rather not answer that. You can figure it out yourself. What was mom doing there with those two soldiers."
"No way.. she was cheating on me?!"
"Yes. The woman you loved was cheating on you."
’No wonder Boss doesn’t believe in love.’
"Then.. then.. who is the real killer?" Luther asked and Flashy officially began Pablo’s plan.
