Ye Zhitong was playing the zither by the window while Ye Xinglan’s father, Jiang Zhengkai, no, he had changed his name to Ye Wuwei, was brewing tea across from her.
The two of them were remarkably beautiful sitting face-to-face, one playing the zither and the other brewing tea. The tranquil scene resembled a beautiful painting.
Liao Qing led Ye Xingbei up to them.
Ye Zhitong continued her zither play without looking up, she commanded in a cold voice: “Kneel.”
