Fang Yao said wearily, “Let’s just get a paternity test first. Right now, all I want to know is who my biological parents are, whether Xiao Mi and I are true siblings. We can talk about other matters later.”
“Alright,” Gu Junzhu called over Gu Chi, “Xiao Chi, go arrange it.”
Soon, Gu Chi had arranged everything, having taken blood samples from Fang Lutong, Fang Yao, and Mi Sheng.
After the blood samples were collected, Qiao Zui held up Fang Yao, looking at Gu Junzhu, “Uncle, we should go back for now. Brother Yao can’t hold on any longer.”
Gu Junzhu nodded and smiled at Fang Lutong and Fang Yixian. “Don’t be too quick to breathe a sigh of relief. The debt you owe me starts accruing interest now. Once the results of the paternity test are out tomorrow, I’ll claim it all back principal and interest!”

“Yes, indeed,” Ye Xingbei nodded, “If Xiao Mi and Ah Yao are real siblings, Ah Yao would be Xiao Qiao’s elder maternal uncle, so he’s a part of our family too. We must stick together!”
