Demi-human Girls Completion Manual Chapter 587

At the top floor of the Moon Rabbit Clan Ancestral Hall, standing with his back against the raging winds, Fisher’s clothing fluttered wildly. His Magic Circuit became uncontrollably bright upon seeing the entity before him. Unlike Ilois, who was wholly ignorant of Magic and soul theory, Fisher was clearly able to glean more information.

First and foremost, the curse entity was neither in the real world nor in the gap between the Spirit Realm and the real world—it was in the Spirit Realm itself, occupying the same space as the eyes of the Chaos Species and yet seemingly miles apart. This aroused Fisher’s curiosity about the Spirit Realm, which overlaid the real world completely.

However, the ensuing problem was that, until now, Fisher had never faced an entity from the Spirit Realm, let alone contemplated a way to deal with the curse entity hidden within it.

What exactly was this thing, why did it harbor such pronounced hostility towards the Moon Rabbit Species, and why did a similar curse appear on the Ice Scroll sent from an island by someone of the Phoenix Species to the Northern Realm?

Regardless of the conclusion, the one certainty Fisher had was that the curse before him was intricately linked to the Phoenix Species, a lineage that had vanished without a trace long ago.

Downstairs in the Ancestral Hall, Balzac and Ilois wisely entered the Sealing Cage. As the last breath of the orphan of the Moon Rabbit Species’ direct lineage faded, the hundred-eyed curse entity in front of Fisher angrily raised its head and howled. The invisible sound waves, like the frenzied storms of the Northern Realm, penetrated Fisher’s mind, making his skin itch.

But after all, he was not like ordinary people; his soul strength was greater, so he did not sprout any of those filthy, dirty feathers.

However, as the curse was reinforced once more, those of the Turand Family, who had just narrowly escaped disaster due to Fisher’s soul magic, were once again in peril. Accompanied by the cold gaze of the moon in the sky, the Lion-man Species’ Philis and all the ordinary people outside the hall began to howl in pain, their skin bleeding as black feathers rushed to emerge.

The only exception was Valentina, who sat in her wheelchair unharmed. She turned her head with somewhat astonished eyes to glance at Philis and the others behind her in agony, seemingly not understanding why she was unscathed.

She then looked down at her own Magic Circuit, which had brightened in her hand, and gritted her teeth as she reached out to grasp the Moon Princess’ Sword hidden in a wooden box.

The moment Valentina’s fingers touched the Moon Princess’ Sword, the moonlight above was also drawn by some invisible force, turning into rippling Moonlight Blades that spun and cut through the air. These ripples marked the gap between the real world and the Spirit Realm; it was such an attack that could affect the entity manipulating the World Resonance...

This curse was hidden within the Spirit Realm, and although the effect was minuscule, it was still visible to the naked eye that the Moon Princess’ Moon Blade was causing it harm.

The roaring sound of the moonlight grew closer, while the curse entity before him, always blind and with constantly trembling eyes, seemed to sense a very familiar presence. Its lifeless eyeballs simultaneously turned, almost recklessly, in the direction of the entrance.

A far more terrifying aura than the previous pursuit of the Moon Rabbit Species suddenly spread, an aura of greed and desire that even the pain of being cut by the Moonlight Blade could not alleviate. The curse entity’s ancient Northern Language became extremely clear, piercing through the Spirit Realm in an almost screeching tone, making Fisher and Helldor, who was slowly catching up, hear it distinctly,

"Moon Princess! Moon Princess! It’s you! The last Phoenix! Come! Join us again, for the slightest possibility, for the future of the Phoenix Species!"

Targeting everyone, the curse suddenly contracted, focusing in an instant on Valentina at the doorway holding the Moon Princess’ Sword. The agony of others ceased abruptly, leaving only Valentina to feel a chill on her back as if some bizarre and terrifying existence had fixed its gaze on her.

"Fisher, we must stop that thing from harming Valentina! Valentina must not be harmed, I beg you!"

Helldor to the side broke in, interrupting Fisher who was slightly stunned by the clear words spoken by the curse entity. It seemed he had heard something in the entity’s words that could be a clue, closely linking it to the dream induced by the Demi-human Girls Completion Manual.

Fisher still remembered the enormous throne he had seen vaguely in his dream of Renie, with a terrifying presence on the throne silently whispering something about "the last Phoenix"... And now, from that previous speech, Fisher had received two pieces of valuable information.

First, the curse before him was closely related to the presence on the throne he had seen in his dream, and according to Fisher’s conjecture, that throne was situated inside the legendary Frost Snow Phoenix Tree, which also connected with the mysterious disappearance of the Phoenix Species.

Second, the presence on the throne wished to find the last Phoenix to achieve a certain goal, and that so-called last Phoenix was none other than the Moon Princess, one of the three children of the Phoenix King.

Fisher quickly buried the information he had acquired deep within his heart. Now was not the time to ponder the secrets behind the Frost Snow Phoenix Tree. The curse had now set its sights on Valentina, his nominal boss, because she had used the Moon Princess’ Sword and was probably mistaken for someone else. But blaming the crazed curse entity for mistaking its target was far too absurd; he had to think of a way to solve the problem.
