Pierce South was speechless. The taxi stopped in front of a motel.
Pierce South entered the motel. “I need a room.”

Pierce South saw an Asian woman mopping the floor beside him.
He gave a humph and pointed at the freshly made burgers beside the counter. “Give me two burgers.”

“It’s none of your business,” the owner said.
Pierce South turned to leave in frustration.
He was running for his life now and had to keep a low profile, or else he would really have killed the owner.

Pierce South waved his hand. The room was filled with a moldy odor.

Pierce South went downstairs when he saw Chen Zhao sitting before the counter.

Pierce turned and ran back upstairs. Chen Zhao pursed his lips. “How rude. Why are you all so rude?”

“Auntie Li, did you tell him that?”
Ignoring their bickering, Li Qing continued to mop the floor in silence.
“You better go before he escapes. My burgers aren’t for you, because you never pay.”
“Fine.” Chen Zhao stole another burger before leaving. “Your burgers are so delicious.”
“Because they’re free?” Ethan said, displeased.
Chen Zhao went upstairs and saw Pierce South with his luggage at the end of the aisle. Panicked, he was about to climb out of the window.
Chen Zhao greeted Pierce South with a bright smile, but then raging flames erupted from the room before him and blocked his path.

This asshole set the place on fire!
Enraged, Chen Zhao charged through the fire and kicked Pierce South at once.
Pierce South fell from the second floor with his luggage.
His suitcase popped open, and it was filled with cash.

Ethan and Li Qing had already run out from inside, and Ethan was obviously cursing loudly.

“I’ve been doing an experiment called the Claustrophobic Survival Challenge. I’ve done it a few times already, but nobody can complete it. I need you to participate in and complete the experiment for me.”

“You’ll find out very soon,” Chen Zhao said with a smile.
Soon, Pierce South heard some voice in front.
He saw that heavily built female driver!

“Chen, is this deep enough?” Gaia asked with a shovel.
Chen Zhao turned around and glanced at Pierce South. “More or less… Mr. Pierce, get into that box.”

“Get inside.”
