Bai Qianqian and Gu Qingxin waited outside the operating room, watching the nurses come and go, praying for Bai’s mother.
The operation lasted until noon and was not yet finished. There was the sound of footsteps in the distance. Gu Qingxin turned her head and saw Beiming Han walking towards them.
Gu Qingxin’s heart skipped a beat. Wasn’t he very busy? Why would he come here?
