Returning home, Gu Qingxin spent a while with Lin Yin, assuring her not to worry. As she left the house, she dialed Bai Qianqian’s number.
Seeing it was Gu Qingxin who was calling, Bai Qianqian quickly answered the phone. Before she could speak, she heard Gu Qingxin’s scream. Then, she faintly heard her saying, “Who are you guys…”
Then the sound of car doors closing.
Bai Qianqian abruptly rose to her feet, shouting, “Qingxin…are you there? Qingxin…”
All that could be heard from the phone was the dial tone.
Bai Qianqian anxiously dialed Gu Qingxin’s number again, but kept receiving the notification that the other party’s phone was switched off. She felt a chill creeping into her heart…
Bai Qianqian’s first reaction was to call Bai Jingqing. As soon as the call connected, she hurriedly said, “Doctor Bai, something seems to have happened to Qingxin!”

Bai Jingqing dialed Beiming Han’s number and relayed what Bai Qianqian told him.
Beiming Han bolted upright. He had been feeling a strange tightness in his chest, and was planning to call Gu Qingxin to check on her whereabouts.
“Big brother, maybe Lord Beiming took Miss Gu somewhere again. We need to clarify this first,” Bai Jingqing said.
Hearing his words, Beiming Han suppressed his impatience, put down his phone and dialed Beiming Lingyun’s number. The call was answered after a long wait, “What is it?”
“Did you just take Gu Qingxin?” Beiming Han asked directly.
