“Mom, I won’t leave!” Gu Qingxin grasped her mother’s hand. No matter what happened, she would face it with her mother.
“Auntie, don’t worry, she’s fine, just knocked out! I’ve already called an ambulance.” Beiming Han gave Gu Qingxin a signal with his eyes, Gu Qingxin immediately understood and helped her unsteady mother back to the room, “Mom, let me help you back to the room first.”

After Lin Yin was helped back to the room by Gu Qingxin, Beiming Han’s bodyguard came in immediately and dragged Zhou Mantong out, and also cleaned up the blood stains on the floor.
“Mom, how are you feeling? Are you uncomfortable anywhere?” Gu Qingxin’s anxious voice came as Beiming Han immediately entered Lin Yin’s room and looked at her pale face and said, “Go to the hospital.”
Gu Qingxin nodded with tears in her eyes, and they both helped Lin Yin leave the apartment.
At the hospital, Gu Qingxin accompanied Lin Yin for an examination. The doctor said it was due to shock, advising her to rest more and avoid any further stress.
Gu Qingxin wanted to keep Lin Yin in the hospital for observation, but Lin Yin insisted on going home. Seeing her mother’s complexion improve, Gu Qingxin didn’t press her further, but warned her not to overexert herself if she felt uncomfortable.
Beiming Han drove mother and daughter home. After thanking Beiming Han, Lin Yin asked Gu Qingxin to help her get inside.
As Gu Qingxin entered the apartment, she couldn’t help but look back at Beiming Han, who was also watching her.
After helping her mother back to the bedroom, Gu Qingxin poured Lin Yin some warm water to drink, then Lin Yin lay down.
“Mom, you should rest first. If you feel unwell, call me.”
