Fremay tilted her head, somewhat uncertainly looking at the scene before her.
Inside the prison, a tall red-haired woman was hugging her long legs, curling herself into a ball, and lay there lazily... well, sprawled there.
She showed no reaction whatsoever to Fremay and the others approaching, lacking any sense of alertness typical of the strong.

"Yes, though she might look different from what you imagined... there's no mistake, she is Valentina."
Herbert looked at Miss Hungry Dragon who was sound asleep, momentarily at a loss for words.
How do I explain to you that she's not normally ?
Normally, she seems a bit smarter... well, perhaps not much different.
After pondering for a while without finding the right words, Herbert could only shake his head and sigh, saying:
Fremay kept blinking, somewhat uncertainly looking at the creature in front of her... a cute creature.
This form is completely different from what I expected!
Although she could faintly sense the dreadful dragon might from the other, this silly demeanor... Fremay couldn't feel threatened at all.
If you disregard the dragon might, she completely resembles a small animal sleeping peacefully without any sense of defense.
Fremay had seen similar creatures while wandering in the ocean.
Toothed otter, a Low Tier demon which floats defenseless on the water surface while asleep, holding hands with companions, drifting with the ocean currents.
Every time she encountered them, Fremay would happily poke their cheeks, waking them up one by one, watching them scatter in panic.
It wasn't because she was mean, but because their frantic attempt to drop hidden shells from their mouths while fleeing was genuinely adorable!
Of course, there was actually a difference between the two.
The toothed otter had this special nature due to their incredible reproduction rate, caring little about the number that died as there would be more offspring in the next litter.
But the being in front of her had no natural enemies at all.
Because she wasn't worried at all about being ambushed in her dreams, she could sleep so carefreely and unreservedly.
But the issue was, Valentina's current form wasn't that of a Giant Dragon but a human... she didn't appear threatening at all.
Fremay truly couldn't connect the person in front with the image she had in her mind.
This wasn't what she expected.
They had been neighbors for quite some time, and Fremay had some impression of the inmate next door.
Initially, Fremay frequently heard Valentina's angry roars and faintly heard some crude curses, gaining some understanding of her temper.
Thus, Fremay naturally associated Valentina's image with "fierce."
"Ahem, I know you might be doubtful."
Herbert likely guessed what Fremay was thinking, coughing twice:
"Don't be fooled by Valentina's current look, her raw power is still strong."
Honestly, Valentina isn't lacking!
She's got power, she's got brains, whatever you need, our kid has it.
"Moreover, it's not that she is overly unalert, but she's in a rather special state right now."
Herbert explained enough as not to let Valentina's image completely collapse in Fremay's mind.
"She's currently undergoing the Giant Dragon Bloodline inheritance, insensitive to the outside world, possibly waking up after some time."
Herbert went over, picked Valentina up from the ground... well, carried her.
Because Valentina held herself too tightly, it was impossible to change her position, so Herbert could only lift her whole ball-like form off the ground.
Holding the dragon ball carefully, Herbert placed her on the large bed brought in earlier for rest, and considerately covered her with the blanket.
Although Valentina didn't need warmth, the remaining scent on the blanket could make her feel more secure.
Herbert did all this openly in front of Miss Mermaid, not bothering to hide anything.
After the initial awkwardness, Herbert's demeanor had returned to normal.
What's done is done, what's there to panic about!
If you want to become someone whose heart's been broken into many pieces, you'll sooner or later have days , I've prepared for this long ago.

As he turned around, Herbert initially intended to take Fremay away directly, but noticed she followed him closely.
Her eyes were slightly bright, and she was fixated excitedly on Valentina, eagerly extending her finger, seemingly intending to poke Miss Hungry Dragon's cheek.

Fremay whispered softly in Herbert's ear: "Just once, please!"
