Guo Huai, sounding tired, said while Feng Yuan looked at him and remarked,
"If you keep thinking it doesn’t matter, remember, I’m not in charge of handing out the rewards."
"And aren’t you planning to practice your explosive alchemy method?"

Hearing Feng Yuan draw out his tone on purpose, Guo Huai said through gritted teeth,
"Pu Pu! Sleepytime Tune!"
A ring of black runes materialized out of thin air, slowly revolving around Feng Yuan. Pu Pu’s chanting of the Sleepytime Tune had no effect on Feng Yuan, but Pomiti and Little Green Snake were accidentally hit by it, their eyelids fighting a losing battle before they quickly fell over; luckily, Big Cat used telekinesis just in time to catch Pomiti as he fell from above.
"How is it not working?!"
Guo Huai stared at Feng Yuan in disbelief. He could sense that Feng Yuan had not borrowed the power of any Spirit Beast and that there wasn’t even a hint of power fluctuation from him. But the Dream-Eating Spirit Pu Pu’s Sleepytime Tune offensive move was entirely ineffective, as Feng Yuan stood there, energetic and smiling at Guo Huai.
Agunas’s phantom said helplessly,
"If you had attacked him directly, that would be another story, but control-type ultimate moves are useless against him."
Guo Huai asked, somewhat puzzled, while Yao Yin glanced at Feng Yuan and said,
"Positional exemption?"
"Let’s go if you’re all ready～"
Seeing Guo Huai as if intending to have Pu Pu switch to an offensive ultimate move, Feng Yuan decisively spoke, shaking the lantern in his hand, its pure white flame wrapping around those present.

The old guard stepped out of the shadows, watching the pure white flame gradually extinguish, and chuckled a moment later saying,

"I can’t act with you for now; there’s been some trouble at Wolf Mountain. Remember, I’m now called Feng Yuan. Don’t get it wrong."
Feng Yuan cautioned the two, as Yao Yin asked with some confusion,
"What happened at Wolf Mountain?"
"Didn’t I send White Wolf Deity to handle a minor nuisance some time ago? It seems that an annoying person has discovered it."
"So, what are you planning to do now?"
Feng Yuan waved his hand and said,
"I’ve left a clone here. Its combat ability isn’t non-existent, but it’s not great at taking action. Xiao Ji, just make sure you and Little Green Snake don’t let anyone ambush me."
"Pomiti... I’m not sure if Xiao Ji can handle it..."
"Do we need to help?"

Feng Yuan sneered, and the Third Prince spread his hands and said,

"However, what was the reason for the sudden departure of the Wolf God some time ago?"

Meeting Feng Yuan’s doubtful gaze, the Third Prince endured for a moment before turning his head away to avoid Feng Yuan’s stare and said,
"To say rebellion may not yet apply, but we already have evidence that they are preparing to harm the Great Li."

The Third Prince frowned suspiciously as he scrutinized Feng Yuan. After some probing, he was not very suspicious anymore that Feng Yuan and Feng Yuan were the same person; there were many pieces of evidence, aside from his recent performance, proving they were not one and the same.
