Patrick Sullivan was full of confidence: "It’s just 0.1 points. I’ll find an opportunity to overtake her soon."

"Holy crap, am I seeing things because I’m too stressed?"
Thomas Grant, however, was calm: "You’re not mistaken, 10 points, that’s July Quinn’s real capability!"
"Holy crap, where did you unearth this gem?" Walter Wright, after triple-checking that he hadn’t misread the score, let out a squeal like a groundhog.
But regarding this question, Thomas Grant evaded it and, with a look of profound mystery, told Walter Wright:
"Follow me and learn, and you won’t be left astounded."
It was a long time after July Quinn finished shooting that Patrick Sullivan seemed to find his voice.
"You only got 10 points on the first shot; maybe your subsequent scores won’t be as good as mine?"
"Then just wait and see," July Quinn yawned as she replied.
If it weren’t for the rules requiring her to shoot one bullet after the referee’s whistle, July Quinn would have finished shooting all ten shots and gone back to sleep by now.
