MadWhite's taunting question bounced off the walls of the area, echoing loudly, making it impossible to argue against.
His point made absolute sense.
Here he was, in his physical body with a pistol in hand, yet the leaders had chosen to come in holograms instead.
It might have seemed like a precautionary detail, but then it really showed the intricacy of things.
"Finally, I get to confirm that you all are spineless cowards!" MadWhite said, reclining on the sofa as some of the leaders had their eyebrows quivering, while others were visibly unruffled.
"Tch, you piece of shit!" the red-haired Titan roared out loud.
If he wasn't in the holographic state, it was pretty clear that hell would have already broken loose between him and MadWhite.
"So, now that you all are obviously hiding away and I can't threaten you with your pathetic lives anymore, I'm just wondering about my next action."
"Should I just destroy all of these pathetic holograms and then kill off all these kneeling wastes of space?" MadWhite said, as Ryuk watched the representatives kneeling on the ground quiver in their boots.
But they all remained on their knees, heads bowed.
"They're useless to you in the grand scheme of things, aren't they?"
"I mean, if you plan on sending them to face me, then you must be pretty damn sure they won't survive. But you deployed them anyway, which means you don't even care for the lives of your own."
"Not like that takes me by surprise anymore," MadWhite said as Ryuk's eyebrows knitted.
His gaze secretly scanned the leaders, but he noticed there was not the slightest ripple of emotion in them.
'They really planned on getting rid of their own without a blink at all? Just what is life to these people?' Ryuk thought to himself, even though he remained as emotionless and silent as ever.
"That will be too much of a waste, MadWhite," a thick voice boomed through the holograms, revealing the face of a dwarf with brown hair splashed in with streaks of gray.
One gaze at him and he seemed to be the oldest amongst everyone in the hall.
"Shut up, Yonus!" a voice blasted from the side as everyone turned their attention to the Titan man.
"Who cares if some group of pathetic lives die!? You dwarves need to learn to grow and see the bigger future!" the Titan man said aloud, causing the other leaders to knit their brows at the red-haired man's outburst.
"Listen here, you inferior piece of shit! Do you want to hear some good news?" the Titan man said, chuckling vilely as he spoke.
"I bet you as well want to do. Well then, MadWhite is here. Let's begin the meeting."
"According to our calculations, the first Knull attack had taken place in Grade B, Evitin Plane A area. But somehow, an unknown force appeared and thwarted that attack, also saving the 7,000 human soldiers that were sent into the war in the first place," the Titan man's voice reverberated through the area.
"For weeks now, we have tried finding any source that we can use to uncover who this unknown force is."
"But now, I don't think we need to find out who it was, as who else could it be if not one of MadWhite's goons?" the Titan man said, as everyone focused their attention on Ryuk, who remained motionless and still.
"I've heard from Natasha that there was a boy whose power level seems to be the same as that of MadWhite, if not greater. And somehow, MadWhite got out just after the Knull attack was thwarted."
"That, and this kid here, must have done it."
"I don't know which hellhole MadWhite must have gotten you from, kid, or what experimentation he must have done to you to make you so strong at such a young age."
"But if there's one thing I do know, it's that there are thousands of people who are enemies of the Titan family, and each of them has been eliminated one by one."
"Most have decided to ally with MadWhite, but they have all faced their end."
"You have chosen to go against the Titan family, therefore, it's only a matter of time before you face your death—an excruciating and painful death, like the thousands that came before you," the man threatened fiercely, his voice rising out loud with power, causing even the walls to shake from the sheer might.
Yet the leaders' eyebrows only remained knitted.
The young man still didn't move a muscle at all. He just remained standing as he was, his hat covering the upper part of his face and keeping his expression unreadable.
Almost like he was deaf to the threats.
"If you choose to keep mute now as a sign of regret, it is still too late. You will be wiped out soon along with MadWhite," the man threatened even more, but all he got back was silence.
"Anyway..." a multiple-toned voice rang out, as attention turned to the golden-haired fallen man.
"We have been able to track down the approximate location that the next Knull attack will be coming from—Porion City Sky, Grade D," the man said.
Ryuk's eyes flashed, but he didn't think he knew the place.
But the same couldn't be said for MadWhite, who had a "Tch" escape his lips.
"As you can guess, MadWhite," the Werewolf said,
"Porion City has a concentration of 70% humans and 30% mixture of other races—the highest concentration of any humans in any city of Endearth."
"Now, won't you agree that it seems like even the heavens are backing the destruction of the human race? Hahaha!" he said, laughing boisterously.
But then, a calm female voice rang out.
"This time, we've decided to free the human and soldiers form our palms, and we won't be giving any orders to the human soldiers that you care so much about, MadWhite."
"Now, we'll simply leave the human leaders to their own devices. Obviously, if they wish to save the largest concentration of their race on Endearth, then they will have no choice but to deploy the human soldiers."
"If they don't deploy them, at least 60% of humanity will be wiped out from the face of Endearth with Porion City's takeover by the Knulls."
"And this time, we will finally get to properly assess the power of the Knulls, something your goon deprived us of the last time."
"And maybe also get to finally reveal to the world, that the Knull attack has started. Death and Fear is the fastest way to gain some riches and power afterall."
