Liu Kaiyan was intercepted halfway, leaving Zhang Qing alone to carry the full basket of mangoes. Seeing her struggle, Ye Xian wanted to help, but just as she reached out, Zhang Qing snatched the basket away, “No need!” Crying crocodile tears, she thought. What’s the use of pretending in front of her!
Ye Xian could tell from the expression in her eyes that she really disliked her.
As for why, that remained a mystery.
