"Really? So... did the CEO do this scene all by himself?"
Ye Xian looked towards the man leisurely fastening his suit cuffs by the door, her gaze shifting from seeing him as a thug to feeling both guilty and grateful, "CEO, I’m sorry. It wasn’t intentional earlier—"
Bo Tingshen simply hummed, "Continue with the next scene."
Observing his calm demeanor, devoid of any pursuit for accountability, Ye Xian felt even more restless.
That wasn’t his style at all. He should have forced her to finish the scene or threatened her to exchange something for his continuance in filming. At the very least, he should have scolded her. And now he’s as unshakeable as a mountain in the storm???

"CEO, you don’t blame me?"
"Blame you for what?"
"Blame me for being unprofessional, and having you complete the shot alone. If you want to scold me, just go ahead, don’t hold back!" Holding back might result in something worse, and she would be the one suffering!
Bo Tingshen looked at her, "Feeling guilty?"
Ye Xian nodded her head.
Bo Tingshen gestured toward a nearby store, "Then go buy me a can of Coke."
Is that it, Ye Xian wondered.
Daniel was setting up the camera not far away to shoot a scene of them together.
Right then, Ye Xian had just bought two cans of Coke, so no need to even prepare props.
"Here, CEO, your Coke~"
Ye Xian handed over the Coke, and Bo Tingshen looked at her before taking it, "Didn’t shake it?"
"Of course not! How dare I! CEO, you think too poorly of me!"

Ye Xian: "..." She knew this wasn’t over.
"Put on the ring pull, shake hands."
Daniel called out from behind the camera.
Bo Tingshen removed a ring pull, and the cold Coke fizzed as it was exposed to the air.
Ye Xian reached out her hand.
The man took her left hand and gently slid the ring pull onto her ring finger.
The parasol hid the bright sun overhead, but it couldn’t hide the softness in his eyes or the earnestness between his brows.
After putting it on, Bo Tingshen grasped her hand firmly.
The man’s slightly calloused yet strong hand suddenly gripping her soft one, rubbing slightly, produced a pleasurable sensation of friction, like sparks electrifying one after the other, raising the corners of his eyes and vastly improving his mood.
