Blake sprawled across his bed, staring at the ceiling in deep thought.
"Sia, how much luck do I need to reach high-class Devil rank in both aether energy and physical strength?"
Earlier, things had gotten way too close for comfort. Sure, he could handle most high-class Devils despite only being mid-class, but that near-death experience made one thing painfully clear—he couldn't keep relying on trump cards alone.
He needed a solid foundation.
"Master, enhancing your aether energy to high-class Devil rank requires 200 luck points. Strengthening your body to the level of an elite high-class Devil requires 400 luck points," Sia responded cheerfully.
Blake raised an eyebrow. "Why the huge gap?"
"Master, your body is only trained to the level of defeating low-class Devils. Your aether energy, however, is already close to high-class thanks to the Blessing's experience boost," Sia explained.
Blake sighed, running a hand through his silver hair. "So, I'm not as strong as I thought."
It was humbling. He had been relying too much on abilities rather than his own raw power.
"Master, do you wish to use luck points for an upgrade?"
"Upgrade my physical body."
Aether energy would naturally improve with training, but physical strength? That took time and effort—two things he didn't have much of right now.
"Understood. 400 luck points deducted. Remaining luck points: 316."
The moment Sia activated the upgrade, Blake felt a rush of warmth flood his body. His muscles burned—not in pain, but in power. Strength surged through his veins, his bones hardening, his muscles refining.
When the sensation faded, Blake clenched his fist. The air around it cracked from the sheer force.
He smirked. "Damn... this feels incredible."
With his enhanced body combined with divine power, he had now surpassed most high-class Devils. Even the strongest among them would have trouble taking him down.
Then, a thought struck him. "I've got 316 luck points left... Let's try my luck."
"Master, how would you like to proceed?"
"One mid-level draw, two low-level draws."
"Ding! 260 luck points deducted. Remaining luck points: 56."
Three items materialized before him.
The first—on the left—shone brightly, surrounded by bursts of golden fireworks. The middle one had a weaker glow, and the last was completely dull.
Blake's eyes locked onto the first one. Something rare.

Blake's lips twitched. "Sharp horns, silver hair, blue eyes, a pink-white gothic lolita dress, purple furball tail, white stockings... Yep, that's definitely Kanna."
He stared at the card, stunned for a moment before a grin spread across his face.
Back in his past life, he had liked Kanna. The idea of having her here, in this world, was beyond his expectations.
As for the other two items? Blake barely spared them a glance before tossing them aside.
A storage ring might have been a big deal before, but compared to summoning a literal dragon girl, who cared?
"Sia, how do I activate this card?" he asked curiously.
"Master, simply drip your blood onto it, and the contract will be formed. The summoned being will become your familiar," Sia explained sweetly.
Blake let out a breath of relief. At least he didn't have to shout something embarrassing like 'I summon thee!'
He grabbed his dagger, Frost Whisper, and made a tiny cut on his finger. A single drop of crimson blood fell onto the card.
The moment it touched the surface—
A brilliant blue light exploded from the card, swirling in a dazzling dance of energy.
A small, delicate figure landed right on his lap.
Blake barely had time to react before a pair of tiny dragon horns nearly poked his chin.
The girl sitting in his lap blinked her big blue eyes, tilting her head as she looked up at him.
"Hello, I'm Kanna Kamui. Are you the master who summoned me?"
Her soft, quiet voice held a sense of curiosity.
For a second, Blake just stared.
Her silver hair shimmered under the light, her pink-and-white gothic dress adding to her doll-like cuteness. The fluffy purple tail swayed slightly behind her.
Snapping out of it, Blake smiled. "Yeah, I'm Blake Silva. Just call me Blake."
Kanna blinked, her small finger tapping her lips in thought.
Blake felt something in his brain short-circuit.
His entire body froze. His expression went blank.
'Medic! I need treatment—I'm losing too much blood from cuteness overload!'
This... was dangerous.
