DxD: The Replication System! Chapter 221

Blazers possess immense power; the strongest among them can manipulate time and space or cause nation wide destruction.

"This level of power is truly comparable to a Maou class entity," Roy noted, scrolling through his phone.

To maintain world stability and ensure Blazers fulfill their societal obligations, the Mage-Knight System was established.

Under this system, a Blazer must graduate from a professional training institution recognized by the League of Mage Knight Nations and obtain a license to be considered a qualified Mage Knight.

Essentially, it is the professionalization of the mages and witches of old, utilizing laws to regulate their power. This system is implemented worldwide and accepted by both Blazers and ordinary citizens.

As Roy corroborated the online data with his memories, the details of this world became clear. Specifically, a familiar surname confirmed his location.

On the screen was a photo of a stern middle aged man. His profile identified him as Itsuki Kurogane, the head of the Japan Branch of the League of Mage-Knight Nations.

"Chivalry of a Failed Knight," Roy whispered. This was the world he had entered. While Itsuki Kurogane was a powerful figure.

It was his son, Ikki Kurogane who was the protagonist of this story.

"There seem to be plenty of people here with unique and powerful abilities," Roy mused, taking a sip of his drink. In previous worlds, his replication ability was often used for utility, but here, he could likely harvest techniques to directly bolster his combat prowess.

"System," Roy called out after spending 50,000 Dimensional Points to adjust the time flow ratio to 1:100.

"Are there any random tasks?"

Roy raised an eyebrow. "So, I'm headed back to school."

He didn't mind; he had grown used to campus life at Kuoh Academy. Moreover, the rewards were far more generous than those in his previous travels.

In Japan, there are seven major academies that train Mage-Knights: Donrou, Kyomon, Rokuson, Bunkyoku, Rentei, Bukyoku, and Hagun Academy.

"Ikki and the others are at Hagun Academy," Roy pondered. He decided to make Hagun his target. Not only would it fulfill the task, but he also couldn't pass up the chance to collect Dimensional Points from the main characters.

"The problem is a legal identity," Roy frowned. In this modern era, it was difficult to operate without valid documentation, and using mental manipulation on government officials was risky, as the League employed A class Blazers who might detect the interference.

However, in a world where extraordinary power reigned, strength was the ultimate standard. While Roy preferred to avoid chaos, he knew he could handle any complications.

CLATTER!

Suddenly, the sound of falling tableware shattered the quiet of the shop. Everyone turned toward the noise.

"Leave me alone!" an angry shout rang out, followed by the sound of scuffling.

Roy looked over and saw a group of thugs surrounding a girl with long hair.

"Isn't this Ayatsuji? I didn't expect to see you here!" the lead thug said with a leering grin, completely ignoring the girl's look of pure disgust. The girl was Ayase Ayatsuji, and it was clear she was being cornered.
