Earth's Alpha Prime Chapter 349

The first and most significant feature Jay selected was the option for a prolonged stay in the Trial World. Rest Periods were no longer mandatory; each Alpha Chosen could now decide whether to remain within the Trial World or return to their home planets.

This change opened up a strategic advantage: the Trial World's time flowed four times faster and Jay, along with any others keen to maximize their growth, could now train and cultivate for extended periods, gaining months' worth of progress while only days passed back home.

The second feature, however, caused a far greater stir among the Alpha Chosen—the introduction of the Forums. Since the inception of the Trial Program, there had been no broad communication connecting the participants. Now, that barrier was shattered.

Three distinct typesof forums accessible to every Alpha Chosen in the Milky Way Trial Program: Regional Forums, Continental Forums, and the World Forum.

Access, however, came with restrictions. Everyone could freely chat within their respective Regional Forums, but communication across different regions was not possible.

The Continental Forums were visible to all, yet only the top 1,000 on each continent's leaderboard could post messages.

The World Forum—visible to every Alpha Chosen across the Trial World—was even more exclusive. Only the Alpha Rankers, the top 1,000 across all regions and continents, could leave their comments there.

In total, there were 1,000 Regional Forums, 10 Continental Forums, and a singular World Forum.

But unlike the others, Jay had unrestricted access to every forum, a privilege granted by his status as the leading ALPHA PRIME Prospect—the very reason the Forums feature had been activated in the first place.

The Continental Forums had far fewer chats and discussions since each forum only allowed the strongest 1000 Alpha Chosen from that continent to leave comments.

In contrast, the World Forum, accessible to all but restricted to comments from the 1,000 Alpha Rankers, was significantly more crowded.

Jay scrolled through the flood of messages pouring into the World Forum, his eyes swiftly scanning them.

The mandatory use of the Genonian language meant there were no communication barriers. Regardless of their home planets or native dialects, every Alpha Chosen could comprehend the discussions unfolding across the forums.

The dominant topics were unsurprising: the sudden activation of the Forums and the unprecedented option to remain in the Trial World during Rest Periods and speculations ran rampant.

But unlike the rest, Jay wasn't fumbling in the dark. While the other Alpha Chosen were left to explore and unravel the new features on their own, Jay possessed knowledge of everything to know about the features.

In the World Forum, Drogor's name flashed frequently, his messages a constant stream of chatter and provocation aimed squarely at Regaz.

"Hey, Regaz! Still too scared to face me? I'll take you down just like I almost took down Jay!" Drogor sent a message, his confidence practically oozing through the World Forum.

But Regaz didn't bite. As usual, his silence was louder than any response.

Undeterred, Drogor switched tactics. "You all remember my duel with Jay, right? I nearly had him. It was this close!"

The forum erupted, but not in the way Drogor hoped.

"Yeah, right," Phosseh, ranked fifth and only a step behind Urzo, shot back. "Jay's Power Index is miles ahead of yours. Who do you think you're fooling?"

Others quickly chimed in, echoing Phosseh's disbelief. Drogor's boasts were met with skepticism, bordering on mockery.

Feeling the pressure, Drogor called for backup. "Idran! Back me up. Tell them what really happened!"

Idran, the leader of the Cipher Guild and the ninth Alpha Ranker, finally responded after a pause that seemed to stretch longer than usual. "Drogor's telling the truth. He put up a solid fight against Jay." 𝐑ÄΝỒ𝖇˧

Given Idran's reputation and his unmatched information network, some considered his words. But the forum wasn't so easily swayed. Messages continued to flood in, filled with doubt and sarcasm.

Frustrated, Drogor played his final card. "Fine, if none of you believe me, let's hear it from Jay himself!"

The entire forum went still, and finally, Jay's reply appeared, calm and composed. "You did indeed put up a great fight, Drogor. But if you want to prove yourself, grow stronger and duel me again with an Obelisk on the line."

A stunned silence followed. Drogor and the others stared at the message, floored. Jay spoke of Obelisks as if they were trivial, mere pocket change. But no one dared call him arrogant—not when he had conquered a hundred Obelisks, more than half in a single day.

Trying to recover, Drogor coughed awkwardly, his bravado quickly fading. "Anyway, uh… speaking of new things, anyone noticed the new Forum feature?"

Idran spoke up, "Jay should have more information on this than any of us. It's because of him these features are activated in our Trial World."

No one doubted his words. Jay's feats of conquering a hundred Obelisks could easily be the reason these features unlocked, and it made sense.

Jay was surprised Idran knew about it and wondered how much information the leader of Cipher Guild could access using his Innate Talent.

Jay didn't think much of it and responded directly, providing detailed information about the new features—the Forums and the Prolonged Stay in the Trial World—everything one needed to know to use them properly.

As he spoke, Genonian alphabet characters appeared on the notification screen. Once he finished, the characters began to blink and fade, prompting him to confirm what he wanted to send in the Forums.

Jay agreed, and his long message immediately appeared in the World Forum, catching everyone's attention.

It highlighted key details that many had missed. Those struggling to survive in the Trial World initially thought they could escape using the Prolonged Stay feature. But their hopes were crushed when Jay confirmed that the 24-hour period was mandatory. Only the time beyond that was optional.

Also, once a choice was made, it couldn't be changed until the next day in the Trial World. While this unsettled some who wanted the option to return to their home planets in an emergency, it wasn't a major issue since the delay was just a day, not a week or month.

As for the Forums, they helped bridge the gap between the Alpha Chosen. There wasn't a private chat feature, but the Forums alone were enough to exchange information.

As the moderator, Jay's messages that he wished everyone to take note of, were highlighted and appeared in every Forum, sharing everything people needed to know about the new features.

Jay also addressed an immediate concern looming over the Trial World: the impending release of Tier-3 High-Phase monsters.

Once Day 21 began, the Tier-3 High-Phase monsters locked in domes within each Trial Zone would be released, as the System had announced back on Day 7.

Teams with Tier-4 individuals weren't worried, but the others were in serious trouble. They would be easy targets once the Tier-3 High-Phase monsters roamed freely in the Trial World.

But Jay's next announcement eased their fears. It was about the third and final feature he had selected from the many options provided by the System.
