The spoon in her hand fell into the pot, leaving her completely stunned.
What did she hear? Was he proposing to her? Or did she hear wrong? Everything felt so unreal. Mabel Quinn stood there dazed until the pot almost boiled over, prompting her to quickly turn off the heat. Then she turned to Kyle Kinston, stammering, "Just now... what did you say?"
