The first deployment of the Death Scorpion’s sand controlling power sent streams of sand flying into the air, forming sharp arrows which pierced through each demonic corpse, or directly slicing them open, making easy work of clearing a large number of corpses.
However, the amount of sand the Death Scorpion can control is limited. It isn’t capable of launching an infinite number of attacks at once.
To Du You’s disappointment, its control over sand isn’t very flexible. It can only manage basic transformations and attacks. Any special effects are entirely absent.
Du You sighed helplessly, realizing it might take a while before he could use the sand in the way he had imagined. The current abilities of the Death Scorpion were far from meeting these requirements.
As for the Cursed Crow King, it seemed to have no effect at all. His own Curse Aura was practically ineffective against the demonic worm-controlled corpses. Any impact it had was marginal at best.

Many demonic corpses burst out from the back and fearlessly entered the windswept sand, ultimately becoming completely devoured.
On the ground which was previously unseen, opened up, revealing a strange, flesh-red creature. The entire creature was like a huge, grotesque nest, composed of entangled blood vessels and muscles, continuously pulsating as if breathing.
A black mist gradually spread, expanding and contracting continuously. This breath was undoubtedly demonic power.
What gave Du You goosebumps was that there were many black worms inside the giant nest creature. Many of the worms were even up to three or four meters long. Their fuzzy, wart-covered appearance sent chills down the spine.
At this moment, these worms looked up in Du You’s direction.

The humanoid flesh puppet before them was shrouded in demonic energy, each step it took leaving a large crater in the ground. The worms lurking underground that hadn’t been exterminated yet suddenly surfaced and crawled toward the worm’s nest.
Even those that had initially targeted the Heavenly Disaster Demonic Dog abandoned their target and all moved toward the same direction. On the ground, many places were covered by pitch-black worms. It turned out they were all around.
This didn’t even take into account those that had been killed by the Death Scorpion. Otherwise, there would probably be even more.
