After a day’s worth of testing, Du You had come to understand the capabilities of the Bloodthirsty Demon Wolves quite well. As a summoning ability, these creatures provided substantial support in battle.
In terms of raw power and diversity of skills, these wolves certainly lagged behind, yet they were comparable in strength to semi-professionals of the same rank.
However, when compared to true summoners, these wolves fell short by far. Though on the surface it seemed like Lin Yucha could summon more creatures than Du You, he found that any one of his summoned beasts could easily obliterate these twenty-six wolves.
To be clear, destroying them was an easy task even when they held back. The summonings that had some difficulty killing these Bloodthirsty Demon Wolves were his Hell Blood Demon Wolf and Ghost Pattern Crow, both of which were primarily for support.
In contrast, other summoners’ monsters weren’t as powerful as his, but they were indeed stronger than these rudimentary wolves. Despite this, the ability was indeed formidable.
Considering the case of Archers, they maintain impressive attacking power, but must keep a distance from their opponents.
Having the comparatively weak demon wolves to hold off the enemies allowed Lin Yucha to launch several additional attacks. Even the warriors stronger than herself would suffer under her assault.

Du You’s spirits uplifted, "Finally! Great, let’s hurry. There hasn’t been any good news these past few days, it’s been so disheartening." He quickly took out the skill stone (Summon Sacrifice).
After clearing an area, Lin Yushi began to develop her new ability. It didn’t take long for her to reemerge, at which point Du You opened his panel.
Summon Sacrifice: Choose one of your summoned beasts to sacrifice. Upon sacrifice, the beast dies and you recover magic power equal to one-third of the sacrificed beast’s health and magic power. (Level 26, 8-star)

Du You nodded, successfully addressing Lin Yushi’s last weak point. Although she couldn’t recover at any time without environmental restrictions like Lin Yucha, her condition seemed to be improving.
Even if there weren’t many minor enemies on the battlefield, couldn’t they recruit a few animals along the way? Well, if they used animals, they might spend more magic power on the seeds than they’d recover.
