Even if Neo could reach that level, the problem associated with the lack of Void Elementals on Luminera remained.

'If I reach enough mastery in my Trait before I meet him, I can use the Void Elementals to bloom the flower myself.'
'If not, then I can use that guy. It shouldn't be problem since it seems to know Sphinx.'
Neo's brows furrowed.
'Still, to think someone other than me had the ability to converse with Elementals.'
There was another person Neo knew with a similar ability.
Kane's ability to use Incantations worked due to the fact he could talk with the Elementals on a friendly basis.
That was Kane's Trait.
Thinking about it reminded him of Kane's end.
While he was drowned in thoughts, the Sphinx mistook his silence as confusion.
It explained its words again, this time in more details.
"Akashic Records isn't omniscient. It has many imperfections.
"These imperfections disappeared over time as Akashic Record evolved.
"Now, there are only a few things that are in the blind spot of Akashic Records.
"For one, it can't predict your existence or future," Sphinx explained.
"So the entire information of future inside Akashic Record is wrong?" Neo asked. "If I change the future, doesn't that mean whatever knowledge Akashic Record has stored will be now outdated?"
Sphinx snapped its fingers.
The hologram disappeared, and a giant cube appeared in its place.
One of the sides of the cube was missing, allowing them to see its inside.
Countless tiny worlds floated within the cube.
"Akashic Record can create 'Instances' of future.
"Whenever something that wasn't predicted happens, the Akashic Record creates a 'new Instance' that follows after the unpredictable change."
Sphinx noticed Neo's expressionless face.
It thought he was unable to understand the explanation.
Snapping its finger, it created a hologram of three bowling lanes.
"Suppose a person—me—is bowling in Lane 1.
"The Instance, or knowledge if you call it, stored in Akashic Record shows that in the future I will hit all bowling pins and get a strike."
A miniature Sphinx appeared in the hologram.
It bowled and got a strike.
"This is the original Instance.
"Now, you enter the picture and kick the ball, throwing it into Lane 2.
"This is a future that wasn't predicted."
The hologram followed Sphinx's words.
Neo's projection appeared inside it.
"After you kick the ball and it enters Lane 2, the Akashic Record will create a 'new Instance' where the ball has been thrown to Lane 2 and rolling there.
"In other words, it's using your actions as a basis to predict and create a new Instance."
"I see," Neo nodded. "It's like Akashic Record updated the stored knowledge to fit the present, and using that 'new' present, it will predict a more correct future."
"You are right. This is the ability of Akashic Record.
"The ability to adapt.
"Which is why it can predict future even if people like you exist."
"There are more people like me?"
"Yes, and no," the Sphinx said. "You are the only one who is from Earth yet does not exist in Akashic Records.
"However, there are people who exist in Akashic Records, and they can act outside the realms of the predicted possibilities of the future.
"They are called Fateweavers.
"Morrigan di Montaigne, your fiancée. She is one of those."
Neo's brows rose slightly.
'So that's why Morrigan was growing much faster than in the novel.'
'The novel was written based on the normal Instances stored in Akashic Records. In other words, the Morrigan in there wasn't a Fateweaver, or her abilities were incomplete.'
'Since the Akashic Record didn't include her obvious powers, the future it predicted was wrong.'
'It's normal for her to grow much faster in reality.'
Neo's thoughts abruptly stopped as a thought came to him.
Morrigan was a War Empress according to what he knew.
But now, it seemed her potential was much higher.
'It's good news, I guess.' He smiled.
"Do you understand everything now?" the Sphinx questioned.
"Not everything," Neo shook his head. "What's so special about Fateweavers? Are Fateweavers the only people whose future can't be predicted?"
"Fateweavers can read, and to some extent, manipulate Fate. I can give you a proper explanation about this, but it will take a lot of time.
"Ask the other Executioners who will travel with you about this. They will answer you."
"As for your other question, Akashic Records can predict the future only of Earth and the worlds connected to the Underworld. That means—"
"You can't predict the future of anyone from outside. Like Outer Gods and Wandering Gods," Neo interjected, completing the Sphinx's words.
The Instances inside Akashic Records were limited to Earth.
They had the knowledge of only about Earth and those connected to it, since it was built that way.
Thus, if any entity interfered from outside, their actions couldn't be predicted.
"So that's why you want me to go to another world and bring its World Core.
"I suppose you want to assimilate it into Akashic Records, and that is how Akashic Records will be able to predict the future for that world too?" Neo questioned.
"Correct. Another question—"
"Why are you answering my questions so readily?"
He stared at Sphinx with a steady gaze.
It wasn't like Sphinx to be helpful.
