Chapter 11: The Slap – Fallen Mother
Life continued as usual, and in the blink of an eye, Zhong Niu had been living at my house for a week it was another weekend.
Zhong Niu was still the same as always, not very lively, but ever since he helped me that one time, I looked at him differently.
So on the weekend, I played games in my room and let Zhong Niu watch with me.
But with only one computer, it was boring for Zhong Niu to just watch me play, so I suggested we go to an internet café. However, Zhong Niu refused and went out by himself.

Mom rarely got angry, but when she did, it was really scary. I immediately looked away, lowered my head, fidgeted, and let her scold me.
Mom stood up from the wicker chair, her long, beautiful legs curving gracefully. She came right up to me, and I felt a faint warmth. Looking up, I realized Mom was very close her full, high chest was almost touching my face. I took a deep breath, inhaling her scent.

The tears kept coming. I didn’t make a sound, just wiped them away, then left the living room and ran into my bedroom, slamming the door behind me partly in anger, partly to show off.
I didn’t know what Mom was thinking, but I just felt so wronged.
