266 A Different Shen Qing

The wedding cake was cold and hard, but it had to be warm and soft to be delicious. So, as soon as they got home, Jiang Yue, Xue Yan, and Shen Yuxuan gave the wedding cake to Liu Guixia and let her heat it in the pot.
The three of them couldn’t eat all of the wedding cakes. They still had to eat their lunch after. At most, each of them would eat one. The rest would be given to the family.
When the wedding cake was ready, Jiang Yue, Xue Yan, and Shen Yuxuan each took one and sat on the threshold of the central room to eat.
Although it was made of rice flour and the stuffing was mediocre, it still tasted alright.
