Seeing the uncle leave, Xue Yan stood up to clear the plates and chopsticks, putting them into the basin. Then, he squatted down beside the basin and started to wash the dishes.
There was only a plate and a pair of chopsticks, so Jiang Yue did not need to help wash them. She took a rag and stood on her tiptoes to wipe the table again.
Xue Sifu counted the money he had earned from selling the dried rice noodles and laughed, “I was thinking that we would sell dry rice noodles when we have a proper shop to sell rice noodles in the future.
