Yan Qingsi scoffed. “You’re speaking as if you barely kissed me.”
Yue Tingfeng always had access to her room in the hotel as it was easy to buy them off.
Yue Tingfeng lowered his head and bit Yan Qingsi on her lip. “Could he match me? Who does he think he is, an old man, and he even kissed you… hmph… I’ll finish him.”
Yue Tingfeng’s body stank of alcohol. Yan Qingsi did not know how much he had, it was as if he marinated himself in alcohol for a few days.
Yan Qingsi pushed him. “Why didn’t you just drink and pass out with your uncle outside. Get off.”
Yue Tingfeng scoffed. “No, I’m not getting off, I’m doing you.”
Yan Qingsi thought to herself, ‘Damn, is he actually drunk? He answered pretty swiftly.’
Yan Qingsi said through gritted teeth, “Go away, this is my room, you should sleep on the streets if you don’t have money, don’t come on my bed.”
It was as if Yue Tingfeng was not completely drunk. He mumbled, “I’m not going away, I want to go away with you…”
He lowered his head to kiss Yan Qingsi on her lips again in the dark. He bit them lightly and said slowly, “I want to get rid of his smell, your body should only smell like me… only me…”
They could not see each other clearly in the dark. Yan Qingsi could only feel the heat from Yue Tingfeng’s body and that alcohol smell was getting her tipsy.
It was either the dark night or the numbness from the alcohol smell that made Yan Qingsi feel like Yue Tingfeng’s kiss was gentle and moving. She put her hand on Yue Tingfeng’s shoulder unconsciously.
Yan Qingsi thought if she took it as just a man and a woman using their bodies to warm each other in the middle of the night, she… might not resent Yue Tingfeng as much.
Yue Tingfeng whispered into Yan Qingsi’s ear, “Yan Qingsi, be my woman, I’ll protect you.”
Yan Qingsi shivered. The lingering feeling from the kiss just now disappeared after that statement. She patted Yue Tingfeng’s head lightly and said, “Be good, you’re drunk, just sleep.”
Yue Tingfeng replied swiftly, “Okay, let’s sleep.”
After he said that, he stripped his shirt off and lifted Yan Qingsi’s pajamas.
Yan Qingsi clenched her jaw. She felt that Yue Tingfeng would be tolerable if he just went to sleep, but now she felt like he could not even do that.
Yan Qingsi kicked him off the bed. “I don’t want to sleep with you anymore, get off.”
‘Boom!’ Yue Tingfeng fell on the floor.
Yan Qingsi thought he would be climbing into bed again with anger but after some time, there was nothing.
This was not normal. Yan Qingsi turned on the night lamp and her surroundings became dimly lit.
Yan Qingsi looked down from her bed to find Yue Tingfeng sleeping with his limbs spread apart—hilarious.
Yan Qingsi could not help but laugh, then she stopped.
Yan Qingsi let out a sigh of depression. Just as Yue Tingfeng said, he wanted her to smell like him and she did. Whatever that she breathed out smelled like alcohol.
‘Yan Qingsi, be my woman, I’ll protect you.’
She covered her eyes with her hands. ‘Who is capable of protecting another in this world?’
Yan Qingsi thought about that someone who used to say a similar thing. ‘Don’t be afraid anymore, I’ll protect you.’
He left after all, while she was still drowning in danger.
